A great place. Clean. Good parking and freindly. Reasonable rate.

Close to Interstate, plenty of parking, quiet, friendly, helpful staff.

My husband and I stopped here for the night while traveling back to our home state because the reviews were wonderful. I don't think we were given the same room that was being reviewed. The room was clean enough, even thought it was quite dated. For some strange reason, there were a large number of flies in the room, which we killed as we could. The towels, while they smelled clean, had molded at some point and the mold was still evident on the towels. The plug for the light over the mirror didn't look up to code with exposed wires showing. When we were packing to leave this morning, I pushed the luggage rack back under the bathroom counter where it had been stored and another small swarm of flies came out from under there. Also, they charged us $10 to park a Jeep truck and utility trailer in their gravel lot. When we were driving around the motel, there was an open space (parallel parking style) for us to pull into that we were able to pull straight out of on the side of the building. I've never been asked to pay for marking at a place like this and really wanted to go ask for my $10 back, but we just wanted to leave. There also seemed to be quite a few homeless people wandering around and going up the stairs to the second level rooms. We couldn't tell if they were just wandering around or if they were actually staying there, but there were also a number of empty shopping carts in various places around the back of the building.

Excellent restaurant adjoining motel. Electrical receptacle next to bed not working. Should have ironing board in room.

It was nice overall convenient for the area I was exploring and having the restaurant right there on the property was a nice advantage

This hotel does not have what it claims to have. No pool. No breakfast. The side door was broken so anyone could see all into the building at any time. They played loud, non hotel like music loudly in the hallways through the night. They also could not find my hotels.com reservation and I had to spend hours trying to help. Zero enjoyment. I did appreciated the woman who let us into the room with us providing the email And confirmation number from hotels.com. Overall A stressful debacle however.

Great overall. Not easy to know where to turn in off of highway. the parking lots leading to the hotel could have been better

We had issues with our card room keys. They couldn’t make the key card when we got there and then the next day it wouldn’t work when we came back from shopping. Also no elevator to get to second floor. Not enough parking spaces for customers. Would not recommend staying here.

Be sure to have a cell phone when you arrive to check in. On site manager is not always in office. There is a sign with phone number to call in such a case. Fast food available nearby. Coffee is available in the morning at office.

Booked this place for my parents. It had everything they needed, except for shampoo. Providing small shampoo packets would be a plus. It was clean, safe, and convenient for them. They would stay here again. They loved the attached restaurant that was walkable, with great food and kind service.

Our room had bugs all over the floor. Trim was coming away from wall. Beds very uncomfortable.

I appreciated that I was contacted on the day of check-in to make sure I was coming. Room was comfortable and clean. Plug in by the bed didn't seem to work.

Weird smell in room, turned AC on smell became unbearable, very chemical smelling. Tried wearing a face mask to sleep, too hot without AC. Needless to say, between awful smell, hot room and very hard bed, no sleep. Granted we did not contact desk, we were checking in late in the first place. Probably should have at least asked for a remedy, different room.

Comfortable and quiet place to stay for the night. Bed was very clean and comfortable. We could have used another pillow for relaxing and watching TV (only had 3). The only bad thing was the floors were filthy and the bath mat was not clean. The refrigerator was not very cold even when turned up all the way.

Very friendly staff. This was my second visit to this property. The beds were some of the most comfortable available during my trip. We stayed on the back side of the building which was quieter than the front. There are several dining options within a few miles.

The sheets were dirty. Open bar of soap was put back in the wrapper and maid put back to use again. Trash behind head of bed. We really liked this motel before but tbis time was Very Disappointing and we had a baby with us this time. May not stay there again due to it being dirty.

The only reason this hotel did NOT receive a POOR rating was that some of the staff were professional and courteous. There is NO rainfall showerhead - not that we cared, but someone might. There were NO toiletries other than 2 cheap bars of soap. I'm still trying to figure out if the bug guts on the wall were a bonus. The room smelled so strongly of Pine Sol that we had to leave the door open upon arriving. Turns out the floor was wiped with it, BUT NEVER RINSED!! I wiped the floors down to kill the stench (because Pine Sol can be overpowering), and the FLOORS WERE FILTHY! We asked for 2 QUEEN beds, but we received 2 FULL beds INSTEAD. And the morning we checked out, our key cards quit working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she argued that they worked on her machine. I couldn't care less. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

We were up for the Arkansas game, the hotel itself is in an ok location kind of tucked back off the road. The rooms were filthy and the amount of noise coming from other rooms was disturbing. However, the guy at the front was super nice and extremely accommodating, we got there a little early to check in before heading up to Fayetteville and he made sure the room was clean and ready. Very nice. The room was about par for what we paid, broken items, not the cleanest and the fridge in there sounds like a semi truck. But for the price and one night stay it was doable.

We thought we were getting queen beds and they were smaller. Had 3 people and 2 struggled with the small bed. Not good sleep. Dead bugs in the bathroom. You get what you pay for. No shampoo’s conditioner, just a small bar of soap. No tissue and the thinnest toilet paper ever. Will not do a motel 6 again.

The pillows were more like sofa cushions that were tucked into pillow cases. Very thin and hard. Had a decent night's rest, and the A/C blew nice and cold. There were a few questionable looking characters hanging around in the early morning. Tough to say if they were crackheads or overworked day laborers.

Easy to get to. Rooms were quiet. Very basic. Great for just a nights sleep.

The staff were very pleasant. The hotel room was clean with fresh and well-maintained linens. I would just recommend bringing earplugs as there is very little sound-proofing to the outside and you can here everything that happens in the parking area in front of your hotel room door.

I liked the hotel not being near a highway, meaning, quiet. I believe the rooms are quiet. The only issue i had on the first night of two was the room above me was loud all night. I think this may have been unusual because I heard no noise the 2nd night. The cleaning chemicals lingers in the room and anything personal in the room stinks when you leave. I brought my own air purifier and it helped quite a bit. I probably would stay again because of costs and location. Bring an air purifier and towels if you stay. The staff are very friendly.

We booked a two queen room, but the beds in the room we were given were significantly smaller than queen beds. When we asked the front desk about it, she stated that the beds were three inches smaller than a standard queen, but that's what they have. I'm not sure if they gave our room away and gave us the double bed room instead or if they misled in their advertising and don't actually have queen bed rooms to offer, but either way, we were quite disappointed to not receive the room we thought we paid for. On top of that, the dirty q-tips found in the room were off-putting and every noise happening outside sounded as if it was happening in the room. Would not recommend this location.

First off hotel.com messed up the reservation and put the wrong phone number on one room so I had to argue with the front desk. He said I only had one room.

This motel is old and run-down. Lots of dings on the old furniture. Didn't look clean. The carpet appeared like I didn't want to walk on it barefoot. One of the workers behind the counter couldn't understand English. No breakfast, but the adjoining cafe, Dee's, was very quaint and nice. Would never stay here again, but I might drive to Dee's for breakfast if I was close enough.

After my husband gave our baby a bath, he pulled the stopper up out of the drain. Some kind of copper looking stuff started coming up out of the drain. Because of this we booked the next night for a non smoking room so we could move rooms. When I showed the woman in the office she was nonchalant and said she'd have maintenance take a look. Then when I asked about moving rooms she said she couldn't move us at first. Then I told her we booked a non smoking instead of a smoking room and she replied that doesn't matter I can't move you I have reservations coming in. And I told her when I booked the room there were 3 available before I confirmed the booking. She said she had to get permission and would let us know if she got it. So we just cancelled the booking and made a reservation for somewhere else. When we were leaving she came up and asked if we were ready to move rooms and we told her we were actually just gonna leave. I recommend the Van Buren Inn. They're cheaper and so much nicer with way better customer service.

The staff was so nice. Each of the women that worked the front desk at night and in the morning were super kind and helpful. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean.

This was my second time staying at the Van Buren Motel 6 for a work trip (my first visit was in 2018), and the place is just as solid as I remembered. The staff is friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was cozy. As a solo female traveler, I’d like to note that I felt safe at this motel. If I find myself in Van Buren again, I will choose this motel!

Traveling cross country. I arrived around 9:00 pm. The shower was hot and the king sized bed comfortable. I was asleep in minutes. I woke from a restful sleep and hit the road about 7:00 am. The woman at the front desk in the morning was helpful. My second time there and I can't find the entrance.

The area seemed run down and not cared for

The room was clean but there were no added amenities to the room. Nocoffee, not even shampoo The person who checked me in was ok. Waved me thru the check in window set up outside to come in. The area around the hotel was not the best . A car junk yard otherside of the parking lot. It worked for 1 nights stay but wouldnt stay longer and for the price they should atleast give you shampoo and coffee( even in the lobby)

It was a smoking room which I didn’t know it would be, it was very smelly. No breakfast only coffee. Toilet didn’t flush properly, room was humid which made the sheets feel damp. Was not the cleanest room, and glad I didn’t take in my personal belongings. It was a bed for the night nothing more nothing less, if you can make it to another place I would do so.

Friendly staff but rooms were not very clean. Restaurant next door had great food and reasonable prices. I always want free breakfast but at least they had coffee this time!

Staff was great! Polite and went out of her way to assist. The rooms were nothing fancy but I really missed my coffee pot.
