Service Recovery: On my second day, I experienced some recurring issues with the lighting in my room. While the engineer arrived quickly (within 10 minutes) to fix it, the problem persisted. I was very impressed when the front desk proactively offered a room change to ensure my comfort. The rest of my stay was seamless and issue-free.
