Soulshine Beachside Penthouse

The location is excellent, the view from the deck is beautiful and the beach access is great. The deck however is nothing like the photos. It is filthy and in need of overall maintenance. We arrived to debris and trash on the deck, the chairs around the table are rusted and one is completely broken. There is only one chaise pushed against the wall because it too is broken to use with a huge slash down the center. The outdoor space is the star of this property and apart from the view is misrepresented. The kitchen is well equipped. Only one dish towel is provided for both dishes and hands. Paper towels would have been a good addition. Beds are comfortable and the linens and towels good quality. This should be a five star property and with a little more attention to detail from the host it can be.

Had a great stay at Soulshine. Excellent layout, brilliant views and really nicely decorated. We noticed a couple of maintenance aspects but overal a really beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Super quiet and in easy stralling distance to the beach.
