HS#1- Modern Studio next to Premier Sports Complex

Great stay, clean room, good location, a suggestion is posting a parking sign in a few spots for renters only in front of the rental property. We left for A little bit and came back and a get together was going on and there were no parking spaces left for us to park at our rental unit.

We enjoyed the stay. It was nice.

The location was great and the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable.

We traveled to FL for a wedding and stayed at room 1. The location was good for us and the beds were very comfortable. It would help if there was another trash can as we had to use Publix bags once the trash can in the bathroom was full. There was only one hanger in the closet, so we purchased more and left them for others to use. The major complaint we have is that we became sick as the days went on. We thought it was due to the extreme bleach smell in the room and just figured the room was 'extra' clean, but at the end of our stay we found severe black mold on the toilet wall. I scrubbed it down, but the mold was slowly returning. We are confident that the cleaning crew sprayed a bunch of bleach on the wall which caused the extreme smell, but unfortunately we became sick because of the black mold. I was not even given a cleaning fee discount when I was on my hands and knees trying to combat the mold. Water under the bridge thankfully, but please make sure that the mold issue has been resolved ... and not simply with a band-aid applied.
