Die Gegend in der die Unterkunft gelegen ist ist, ist sehr zentral und man kann von dort aus alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Auch das einchecken war in Ordnung. Allerdings ist es ein Self Check In. Das heißt einen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es nicht. Zwar ist neben an ein Geschäft zu denen die Unterkunft gehört, aber so richtig zuständig haben die sich auch nicht gefühlt. Das Personal was in der Unterkunft arbeitet ist wiederum sehr nett. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und war auch relativ klein, aber sauber. Hätten wir vorher gewusst, das es kein Fenster im Zimmer gibt, hätten wir es nicht gebucht.

it was extremely easy to check in

We couldn't turn off the ac nor change the temperature in the room (there was no remote nor receiver in the room) and I got sick from it. We contacted the hotel at 10pm about this issue and received a message at 2am stating "we've turned up the temperature to normal"....we had never asked it to be put to "normal" but to be fully turned off. We slept with fleece hoodies and Winter coats on and I still had a sore throat the following morning and was sneezing for the rest of our trip. Also, the bathroom is not even the size of a closet. As an Interior Designer, I can say that it's not up to American standards. Moreover, the answers from customer service were appalling. Carlos was ok, but someone else who didn't sign was extremely rude, every conversation made me feel very uncomfortable. For example, we received our check in instructions soooo late, while I had told them that I wouldn't have any internet access past a certain time. They were NOT accommodating. We won't go back.

Centrally located everything you need or want within walking distance

We were there twice - the day before our cruise left and a day after the completion of our cruise. While Navona will store you luggage until your room is ready or you're ready to board the ship, its not very accomodating with the hours of the jewelry store where they're held. Opens kinda at 10:00, but more like 10:30....sometimes, and you need to get your luggage by 2:00 or you can't get it. Makes it hard to go do anything. A few simple room improvements would go a long way to improving the experience. Enough convenient outlets to plug your electronics in and some shelving in the bathroom to put your items.
