You get what you pay for. We needed a room to stay in after a concert. We were in room 203 and rug was dirty and missing pieces. Some walls were stained. Bedding was clean bathroom was mostly clean. No elevator in the building. Rugs on stairs were kind of dirty and very worn. Staff was nice and friendly. I wouldn’t book again.

Was told at check-in that we didn't need the key for the rear hallway door. " Just shake it It opens right up " Zero amenities not every vending machines.

The property was in a state of disrepair. The dining room was half demoed. The fitness center advertised was non existent. The hallways were filled with filthy carpets. Fire doors didnt close completely. Room dingy with soiled furniture. My room was non smoking room had a cigarette burn in the headboard. Overall nasty.

No elevator, room scent.

Smelled baby of smoke, mildew in tub, TV did not work and no elevator to get to and from higher floor.

Reminds me of Motel 8 with its bad smell, dirty carpets and "in renovation." Never again!

The listing stated the price was lower than usual because the lobby was being renovated, so there would be no breakfast. It didn't say the price was low because it was a dump. The strong stench of cigarette smoke hit us in the face as we went to our room. We got to the room & it was FILTHY. The beds looked clean so we stayed because we had nowhere else to go. I'd already paid & don't know the area. We'd already driven hours, tired & just wanted to sleep. The walls had blood or dirt on them. Something wet/white on the floor next to my son's bed. Something gross was on the floor/wall next to my bed. The bathroom door had dirt on it. The bathroom floor was dirty. The carpet was dirty with what looked like cigarette burns. I noticed on Saturday morning the towels had yellow stains on them. Then I saw a hair of some sort, like a pubic hair on the phone. This is literally the grossest hotel I've ever been in and that says a lot as I used to travel weekly. The most egregious issue was an hours long domestic violence situation, that escalated ALL EVENING until after midnight/next morning. Screaming at each other. We could hear it all through the walls. I was able to record it. We didn't know where it was coming from so we weren't comfortable leaving the room. I had left our water in the car so we just had to go without. I told the clerk at check out what happened. He just asked why I didn't call the desk. We were afraid to do anything.

While the hotel is still making some improvements in the breakfast area which made breakfast unavailable the rooms did have microwaves and refrigerators. The business center isn’t available either due to the upgrades being made but the staff was more than willing to send and or receive faxes on your behalf. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Plenty of food/shopping within walking distance. Yes, I’d stay here again.

It was terrible no breakfast ice machine not working no toilet paper no trash bags beds not made in 4 days room never vacuum. vacuum cleaner not working room was cold.

3 flat pillows for 2 people on a queen bed, with no extra available. Ice machine not working, no deadbolt on the door, tv tiny, a punch in the wall, no upkeep whatsoever!

Most filthy, dirty, disgusting place I've ever stayed. Blood stained bed, stained clean bath towels, bugs, and damaged furniture and lights.

The property was dirty and cluttered in the lobby. Carpets were black. The room itself was dirty, dusty, sheets not clean, stains on the walls, the AC unit was molded. The tub wasn’t clean, it had a ring around it. The toilet paper was previously wet and left out to dry. The whole stay was a disaster

The room was incredible dirty. The hallways to the room were filled with bad dirt and filth- they had never been vacuumed in weeks, let alone months. The room had big spots on the uneven floors, mold behind the lights, which were damaged. I have photos. Do Not Stay Here! We were afraid for our lives! The worst stay of our lives!

Worst motel I’ve stayed in….ever. The carpets have blood staines as soon as you walk in. The only thing missing was the CSI crime tape. Absolutely filthy, shoes never removed. RUN from this dump

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Blood on floors, mattress was soaking wet, the trash was still on floor, towels were filthy, bathroom was not clean! I was demanding a refund we are not staying here!

It was dirty and the room smelled like weed. Electric sockets were loose and wires hanging out of them. Stains on the walls and the hallways smelled like urine. I will never again stay at this hotel.

I've stayed in some low-rent motels and cheaper hotels, but usually have a pretty good experience. I don't mind if things are not the most expensive crystal glass, and marble floors. But I do expect cleanliness, and this place does not have it. I didn't feel like any part of the property that I walked through had actually been cleaned by a human being, ever. There was a wretched smell in the hallway outside my room that persisted all weekend. The carpet in that hallway was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen, and the room itself clearly had not been cleaned in quite a while. There was a handful of someone's hair caught up in the hook on the bathroom door. The curtain pole in the shower kept FALLING OFF. This was a bad time, don't stay here.

Called to see if we could check in early after a 7 hour drive, was told it would be an extra $40 charge. Upon entry to our room, there was a noticeable odor in the room. The carpet was extremely dirty and had blood stains on it. Some areas of the bedding had blood stains also. There were visible strands of long black hair all over the bedding and also all over the bathroom and tub. Since I have red hair, I knew they were not from me. The door did not seal properly so the wind was howling through it and you could see daylight around the door frame. The mirror in the room had something smeared all over it. The whole room was disgusting. I reported the issues to the front desk immediately and was told that housekeeping was gone so there was nothing that could be done. After the show that we went there for was done, we got an Uber back to the hotel. The Uber driver told us that the area that the hotel was located in was not a safe area and that we should be careful. We returned to the room and could not bring ourselves to sleep there so we checked out. Expecting to be compensated in some way, only to be told again, they was nothing that could be done. We were refused and denied a refund. The pictures online are deceiving and look nothing like the actual room looked like. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Need to have ashtray in smoking rooms & working tv with remote

The people working there were very nice, helpful and cordial. I saw they had new queen beds in boxes and I wish I’d been able to sleep On one as the bed was mushy. It was fair and that’s about it. I wouldn’t go back.

This room was disgusting. We walked in the window was open. It was clear the room had not been cleaned or even checked before we walked in. There were holes in the wall, the carpets had stains all over it, and the carpet was torn up in corner. There were stain splatters on the walls in bathroom and bedroom. We were barely in the room two hours

The property was run down and clearly served as housing. The carpets in the stairwell were filthy and the smell of smoke was overpowering throughout the facility including in our non smoking room. There were kitchen sized trash bags lining the hallway. The walls were paper thin so very noisy. We did not stay and could not get reimbursed since we booked as a non refundable room.

The staff wa great, incredibly nice and accommodating with a speedy very easy check in...great size rooms honestly. My only suggestion would be that it could use a little updating and maybe a fresh coat of paint or two, Otherwise, it was great, we had/have absolutely no complaints and a good time during our stay. If you are looking 5 star accommodations, this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for a good room for a super reasonable price for a couple of days then look no further...this is a good spot to do exactly that!!!!

AC didn't work properly. No housekeeping services provided after first night. Room needed vacuum. Shower drain clogged.

The price was amazing in the area and the service was very friendly! Carpet throughout the hotel and room was stained everywhere, deadbolt missing from door, several holes in the wall in room, shower hardly had any pressure at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly I had a reservation and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and air conditioner work perfectly. I would stay here again and I do recommend this place.

We arrived over an hour after check in time and they seemed surprised. The room was not ready, we had to wait an extra 30 mins. The whole place was sad and dirty; even after “cleaning” our room there was a pee smell in the bathroom and no sweeping had been done. Cigarette burns on the blanket. The carpet to the second floor looked like it was put in around 1970 and it was filthy. Staff was nice, but the facility was disgusting.

I was in an emergency situation and booked this property in error. I tried cancelling immediately by contacting them and they asked me to contact Expedia, which I did and was directed to contact the property again. I was asked AGAIN by this property to contact Expedia who promised to try to get a refund from the company. Five days later Expedia followed up to say this property refused my refund request. I never stepped foot on the property as it was too far from where I was and was thrown into a back and forth between them and Expedia while my life was in actual danger. I will never recommend this property or use Expedia to book anything again. That night as I waited for a refund to book an accommodation closer to where I was, I had to rely on the kindness of complete strangers to escape an immediate dangerous situation, potentially putting myself in even greater danger. All because Travelodge lacked the humanity and flexibility to offer a refund of $100, which I’m sure is nothing to them, but was potentially life or death to me.

The front desk clerk was beyond disrespectful. He was rudely combative, mean and antagonistic when we asked for a blanket. Filthy (supposedly non smoking) rooms disgusting carpets and blanket full of cigarette burns. Bad experience, don’t stay there! The worst and we’ve stayed in dives before!

They over charged my card I paid online when I got there they told me they needed to put a card on file for insurance purpose they charged my card 87.60 and never returned the funds.. never again

Cleanliness was terrible….. before you walk in and when you walk in the room Doesnt look like like anyones put effort in to cleaning Unexpected charges after i already paid for the room thankfully i noticed called the front and got the money put back on my card For $117 dollar is was a terrible terrible room broken furniture visibly dirty as well

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a bad place depending on the direction of traffic you are driving. The hotel is under renovation.

The hotel is in a not so nice neighborhood, checked in went to the room and there were burn holes and stains in the pillowcases and room stunk of weed(non smoking room) gentlemen at desk was very nice and gave us another room.. took a brief look and seemed to be ok but left and came back late and didn’t use the bathroom until the morning and saw and abundant amount of what i hope was facial hair in the sink… filthy hotel in an unpleasant neighborhood… management was nice but that only goes so far. No way this place has a legitimate rating
