No room upgrade or vip amenities were offered but it is still value for money. The gym, pool and spa are amazing. Staff and service were also fantastic. Food and beverages are on the expensive end for Cambodia but is a 4 star hotel. I will stay there again when I’m in Phnom Penh.

The location is great with a huge gym and awesome infinity pool. It is not located in the city center but you can walk there in 40 minutes. Tuk tuks are waiting outside so you can easily get off to the city

The water did not drain well in the shower, so I took a shower and waited for a while for the water to drain. The old smell in the room gave me a headache. It was nice to have a water purifier installed.

Generally the room was good. The lack of plug sockets was an issue. In fairness, the breakfast was also good. However, the customer service was terrible. I left my Oakley sunglasses at the pool side, due to the distraction caused by a KPOP band fliming in the area. Despite having a photo evidencing that the glasses were left on a table, the hotel said they were not there. I have sent three messages since, requesting the hotel to check the CCTV to determine what happened to my glasses, but have not received a response. In addition, I ordered two cocktails during happy hour to be delivered to my room. One was charged at the correct price (40% off) but the other was charged at full price, with no discount applied, despite both being ordered during happy hour. When I raised this on checkout, I was advised that they were "prepared in different bars within the hotel" before being delivered to my room. In my opinion, this is disingenuous and irrelevant. Despite questioning the price on checkout, the staff were unhlpful and refused to apply the discount for the second drink. This was not a matter of expense, but rather a point of principle. Coupled with the unwillingness to properly investigate what happened to my sunglasses, I believe this represents poor customer service, and to this end I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Definitely recommend! we booked for 3-nights but like it so much we extended 3 more nights, we really enjoyed this hotel, brand new!! amazing view from the 19 floor, super clean and huge pool (but only open from 8:00am - 8:00pm) Breakfast with alots of verities abd the staff was very helpful and I would like to extend my thanks to the front desk manger Bun Ny for very tentative thoughtout our whole stay. Than you!

Absolutely, beautiful hotel! Loved our stay at the Sun & Moon (which we did on 3 separate occasions within a 2 week period)! My first visit to a Cambodia allowed me to enjoy this hotel and all of its amenities. Our only choice from this day forward to provide our hotel needs in Phnom Penh Some comments we would like to share is how ownership and management have provided an amazing atmosphere for the first-time or well-experienced traveler to this terrific country! The staff was absolutely top-notch…always helpful in every way. For any occasion or just to enjoy a bucket-list moment…Sun & Moon Riverside will not disappoint.
