Gloucester Hotel

Achei que para um hotel 4 estrelas está bem longe, primeiro a qualidade das toalhas são precárias, varias desgastadas e furadas. Meu guarda roupa tinha uma luminária caida dentro e ninguém arrumou. Lado positivo que tinham 2 garrafas de agua de 1L todos os dias, fica bem localozado. Não existe restaurante, logo não tem serviços de quarto. Classificação do hotel eu colocaria 3 estrelas e sofrido.

The view was amazing! The whole TST and harbour is seen! Room and bathroom is just about right for the price. Elevator is slow as there are only 2 for the whole bldg. and reception is a one woman personnel which is quite slow but we got our room soon enough so I can’t complain. ☺️

I wanted to stay on in Hong Kong after a convention there. The hotel I was staying at for the convention was a bit pricey for the three additional days so I looked around on Hotels.com before making any commitment. I saw this hotel and it wasn't far from where I was and the photo showed a great view. Now most hotel photos that show a great view are from the best suites or highly edited to make them look great. Not the Crafa Hotel, The view from my room was AMAZING! I never wanted to close the curtains and from as high up as I was never felt the need to. The hotel itself is clean and basic. There is a security guard on the 1st floor and a reception desk on the 3rd floor. The elevators were fast and the housekeeping was efficient. My neighbors were quiet or adequately sound-proofed, but I heard nothing each night. While you have to walk a few blocks to find food or coffee, I would gladly again call Crafa Harbour Hotel a great base from which to see Hong Kong

大きな窓からの眺めは最高、施設は古めだが綺麗に使われていて快適に過ごせました。定宿にしたいです

Staff very friendly but bathroom is very old

The room was quite large compared to similar hotels in Hong Kong. Room was kept clean and the hotel is close to a good shopping area. However the staff were Chinese and their English was very limited.

立地はとても良く、フェリーでチムサーチョイまで行き来するのにとても便利。 トイレなど、水回り設備から下水の匂いがして臭かった。 チェックアウトの時に英語がうまく聞き取れず、翻訳アプリを使いながら対応してもらったが、相互にうまく変換されなかった？影響で、理解に時間がかかった際に大きなため息をつかれたのが大変残念だった。

I gave 2 stars only because of the view on the marina and harbour. Otherwise it would 1 star. Not clean and old. My room had a weird smell and the window didn’t close properly

維港景一流，但廁所有點異味

We liked everything very much, it was clean, good location, friendly staff and a very very beautiful view from the window!)

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the harbour.

청소상태가 안좋아요. 벌레도 다니고. 전기 콘센트도 상태가 안좋았어요. 위치는 좋아요. 바다가 보여서 선택했는데, 방음이 잘 안되어서 시끄러요.

Nice Victoria Harbour view with reasonable price.

Room was decent size and had great views of the harbour! Very good value!

Lots of shops and food around the area. Easy to walk around. Room layout not the greatest and furniture not very comfortable. Ok view of harbor.

They give us 18th floor, the best view from the window. Will come back again.

This is our second visit at the hotel, we both loved the ceiling to floor windows which provide outstand harbours views. The price point for the views and the size of the room is great.

I gave 2 stars only because of the view on the marina and harbour. Otherwise it would 1 star. Not clean and old. My room had a weird smell and the window didn’t close properly

Personnel sympathique ce qui est rare à HKG !! Vue extraordinaire sur la baie !!! Grande Chambre confortable

Great hotel. Great staff. Language is a problem when Amy is off duty. Amy was very very good. There is another guy who does cleaning - he was also very good.

ビューは最高です。タクシーも大通りに出なくてもつかまります。スタッフには英語はほとんど通じませんんでしたが、タクシー等は対応してくれました。

Really well located hotel with a beautiful view of the harbour - better than many of the rooftop bars even! Only downside is I messaged them after my stay regarding something left in the room and received no reply. But a small thing, and overall this was a great choice for our stay!

Crafa was great. The FO lady is very friendly , speaks good english. Amy helped us alot with everything we needed from transport to directions. Amy was good. The staff is good. The hotel is good.

チェックイン時間前に荷物だけ預ける予定で行ったが、部屋が準備できてるか確認してくれてチェックイン手続きをし、部屋に通してくれた。

高架が近くホームレスが寝てたりお店のない通りで暗いのが気になった。地下鉄の駅が遠いのが不便だが、トラム、バス、タクシーが頻繁に走っているため移動には困らなかった。ハーバービューで部屋は比較的広くこの価格はお得だと思う。

Amazing location overlooking the Wanchai TST ferry, so close to time square, and to a nearby markets and shopping malls, freshly cooked bakery is everywhere in the area, and best of all closer to the bar

高架が近くホームレスが寝てたりお店のない通りで暗いのが気になった。地下鉄の駅が遠いのが不便だが、トラム、バス、タクシーが頻繁に走っているため移動には困らなかった。ハーバービューで部屋は比較的広くこの価格はお得だと思う。
