A nice boutique property in a bustling neighborhood of Hong Kong. The gym, located next door, is 24-hour and Tin Hau Station is a short walk away.

Property and facilities are pretty new and easy to use.

The air conditioner is right above the bed, air blowing directly to you when one the bed. No one can use it when sleeping or waking up sick! Carpet is dirty, no hand soap at the first, empty body wash at the first. No parking in front of building, you have to walk a distance in order to wave for taxi, hard specially when you have luggage.

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent english. Free access to fully equiped 24 7 gym.

Change of name since Covid but basically the same hotel. The suite rooms the sofa and dining table have been replaced by a very uncomfortable sofa bed and the sitting room area just looks wrong with 2 side chairs and only a coffee table. Microwave is in the room, limited cutlery and no wine glasses. A/C as always in HK hotels is noisey and the themostat setting bears no relation to the output. Comfortable bed, nice linen and towels and in a quiet area away from Causeway Bay - much more a local area with lots of small restuarants - do not expect English menus in all! Bring your own Nesspreso coffee pods as only tea pods supplied. In general a good hotel in the price bracket.

Top quality room and design. Made w good materials. Well appointed. Great views. Premium feel. Dislikes. Bed comfort not to the same standard of the rest of the room but works. Low pillow was uncomfortable. Not enough USB charging points. Low quality hair dryer provided wide price fluctuations of room pricing. Can be positive if you luck out and get a low rate . Recommend this hotel

Hotel is bit dated and not much attention to details. No luggage rack is provided at all. Average cleanliness. Staff is friendly, esp Miss Ho, who is extremely helpful and friendly

There were only 3 rooms per floor and the staff was very responsive and attentive. They are available 24/7 and when I had a problem, they took care of it. Clean and very convenient to have a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room!

Great location, friendly staff, nice decorated hotel rooms but my room unfortunately wasn’t sparkling clean.

The location is great. Close proximity to many transportation. Good food finds around property. Only concern is the moldy smells and dated wear and tears of the building.

Do not recommend! Unfortunately, we could not wait to leave this hotel sooner due to the conditions there. Although the room here costs over 100 euros / night for the cheapest type of room available(Studio Room), this hotel has some serious hygiene/health risk issues. The hotel has black mold in all its’ bathrooms (around the sink, tiles and silicone sealants), so since the first night of getting there I started sneezing continuously and getting an allergy. We asked the reception about this and they were receptive to our complaint, which was nice, but told us all the rooms have the same issue so they basically renovated two other rooms that night (changing silicone with black mold around sink and shower, painting the walls) and moved us the next day - which was better, but also not great since the renovation materials were not dry and the room was not ventilated properly - they should do this regularly BEFORE guests arrive and complain, not during their stay The air quality in the rooms is very poor as well, as the windows do not open for fresh air, the only ventilation is through the internal system which just recirculates air instead of introducing between rooms instead of introducing fresh air from the outside, so all the rooms smell like mold, humidity in the rooms is extremely high even if you leave the aircon / vent running non-stop. They charge way more for the “Deluxe Room” although it is literally the same Studio Room, just at a higher floor, that’s it.

The photos on the app are a huge misrepresentation of what the place actually looks like. It looks more like a dormitory at Uni and the rooms had a very strong musky smell. We found a lot of mould in our room and let them know right away. The management were very apologetic and and switched us to their most expensive room which was a slight improvement, and they also offered us to do a late checkout, but we didn’t need it. However we were still quite disappointed to find that the glass on the showers clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the towels provided were clearly brand-new and unwashed as the lint was stuck all over us. Unfortunately, we will not be booking this location again.

최악. 세면대와 싱크대 물이 안내려감. 마개?를 들어야만 내려간다. 모든 시설이 노후돼 있음. 화장실 천장은 페인트가 벗겨져 있음. 어메니티도 없음. 때가 낀 전기포트 때문에 토나올뻔.

사진과는 다르게 시설이 매우 낙후했고 방에 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 났음.

Great little hotel! Everything you could ask for, amazed at the size given the price and the area, you will usually get coffin sized places! Bathroom could use a clean but otherwise fine!

Pleasant stay in this hotel. Convenient location and lots of eatery options around the areas. Around 5 mins walk from the nearest MTR station. Room are clean and tidy, with quite steady WiFi connection signals. With a good view facing the highways, street views, and the Victoria Harbour.

Amazing Stay, great customer service. I asked to get a higher level and we were set on the 18th floor. The view was spectacular. Small room but very effective, we loved our stay! Highly recommended.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was a little dated but spacious. The view from the room was very nice

Excellent and helpful staff. Hotel condition is a bit worn out. The carpet is really old. However all the staff from concierge to cleaners are really friendly.

The room is kind of small but that's you expect in Asia. Staff is friendly and helpful,the air conditioner is kind of loud especial at night. Location is very good and tons of the restaurant around. I spent 2 weeks in there and I can't even try all the restaurant yet. Transportation is good also, pretty close to the MTR (Mass Transit Railway).

Good and very convenient location close to the MRT and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will stay again.

We asked to have room made up after 2 days, left dirty toewls and didn't clean room at all

Our room was really good ... a great value. The neighborhood is also away from the more touristy areas, which we viewed as a plus, and has a large selection of local restaurants and bars. The service was lacking but sufficient.

We are repeated customers to this property, even after they have changed their name of the hotel, we still decide to stay there due to the familiar local eats around the area. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They dont communicate or interact with you when you check in or when they are in the lift with you, they just ignored you or stared at you which we find it's a deterrance factor to continue staying in this hotel. It's unfortunate.

Check in was easy. Great location, a bit difficult to get taxi in front of the hotel but easy enough after you cross the road.

The hotel is a bit run down. However I have to praise the service of the concierge when we checked out early morning on 17/9. There was a rain storm and the Uber driver didn’t stop outside and the concierge guy took 2 umbrellas to help us get in the Uber car. It was totally outside his normal duties and he deserved the highest recognition and commendation.

Easy access to public transportation subway — MTR, buses, restaurants, markets and taxis. Very close to Victoria Park and the harbor.

Friendly, clean, safe, super convenient. Steps away from subway and Victoria Park. Lots of delicious food to choose from. Immediately blend in. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent good. But too near the Causeway Bay Market and there are number of convenient stall around the area. U feel the street is dirty and had heavy human traffic.

The hotel was right in the middle of all the local restaurants at Tin Hau, and walkable distance to Causeway Bay. Great experience with the very helpful staff and comfortable room. We will definitely come back again if we choose to stay in Tin Hau/Causeway Bay area.
