They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping.

Excellent service, very clean. We arrived early and were given our room immediately. We were also given access to the facilities the entire day we checked out, including using the beach pass that day. Very welcoming and willing to do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return.

One of the reasons I liked the Resort was it had its on dock you were able to sit out and watch the water it was relaxing. It was clean didn't smell musky. Otherwise in my opinion it shouldn't be called an Resort because it don't have any Resort things Like a bar or entertainment . No room service. The parking is very small it is hard to get out of your parking space. It test your driving abilities.

As they say “you can put lipstick on a pig”. Very rundown and dirty/unsanitary. Clogged sinks, toilets that don’t flush, PAPER thin walls (I could hear my neighbors breathe), and the pool was filthy and covered in goose poop and feathers. Extremely rude/unfriendly staff who literally knocked down our door at 11AM to leave (it was 11:01) and then called 40 minutes later saying they were charging us $50 for the keys that we accidentally packed when we were being rushed out. It is an affordable place, so you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed being so close to all the Hamptons attractions and visited the beach with a pass from the hotel front desk, a nice perk. Nice continental breakfast in the mornings and a great view of the bay ☀️

I was on Long Island for work and stayed at the Bayview Resort. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. My questions were quickly answered. Although I was there for work, I had some free time so used one of their kayaks for a quick paddle. You can launch right from their property into the bay! I would definitely stay again for both business and personal trips.

Ill be honest it didnt look like much when we pulled up, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was not what we had expected. Very modern decor, and very VERY clean! Comfortable king size bed. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very central location making it roughly 15 mins or less to several good restaurants, convenience store/grocery/ pharmacy, and the beach. Honestly the only complaint we had to ourselves was the one lane to go in and out, along all the parked cars, and not having a bigger area to turn around to drive out. Other than that the place was great!

The property was nice and kept well and peaceful. But the staff and rooms i cannot say the same i paid alot of money for my stay and was given a room with a dirty floor that made our feet black then i needed a cot was charged 30$ extra for my daughter which was fine until the roll away collapsed and it wasnt funny we gad no where for hwe to sleep and no staff on site to take care of the problem so disappointed. They take a 200 on yr card for incidentals but when u need som3one they dont get back to you I emailed the manager and never got a response back not cool!

My husband and I brought our two teenage daughters here and were unfortunately VERY unhappy with our stay. 1. Lack of cleanliness was a big issue. We had to change rooms due to this fact and had issues in the new room as well. Previous guests garbage still under sink, wet TP and kleenex from rain which was an issue in the previous room with a dirty bathroom floor as well. 2. The breakfast runs from 8am-9:30am and when we arrived at 9:05am, there was no one there running it and most items had not been replenished. 3. Later that day at 1:30pm, we went to the clubhouse to eat sandwiches we got elsewhere and the area was still dirty from breakfast. 4. The motel is very rigid with pricing, changes and utilizing services. We had to sign off re: many possible penalties and charges before checking in. We had to go to the office to sign out beach towels and if not returned would have to pay $25 each. For the price we paid, these amenities should have been easily accessible and provided. 5. We were highly overcharged for this motel. We had tried to book directly through the hotel once we saw the prices were cheaper (over 14 days before our arrival) and Hotels.com was very helpful in trying to allow this change. Unfortunately, the Bayview Resort would not allow any changes. We paid WAY more than the motel accommodations, service, cleanliness were worth and it was a very upsetting experience for us during our vacation.

They certainly did their best updating the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. However, the outside of the buildings, although in good shape, show their age. We were there in high season and paid a ridiculous amount of money for what we got. Parking is about 15 feet from each door, so you will hear people coming and going all the time, right outside your window. The breakfast offered was skimpy and limited. Don't count on much. I should mention, though, that view from the deck at the end of the property was beautiful, and chairs were provided.

Ill be honest it didnt look like much when we pulled up, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was not what we had expected. Very modern decor, and very VERY clean! Comfortable king size bed. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very central location making it roughly 15 mins or less to several good restaurants, convenience store/grocery/ pharmacy, and the beach. Honestly the only complaint we had to ourselves was the one lane to go in and out, along all the parked cars, and not having a bigger area to turn around to drive out. Other than that the place was great!

The room is pretty-front desk asked if we wanted housekeeping the next day. We were staying only 2 nights so we just asked for fresh towels- never received. After we checked in we called front desk that cable kept freezing. We were told someone would come. No one came, nor did we get a phone call or knock on our door with an update. It was never mentioned when we checked out. Very poor customer service.

Excellent service, very clean. We arrived early and were given our room immediately. We were also given access to the facilities the entire day we checked out, including using the beach pass that day. Very welcoming and willing to do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return.

If I could give them 10 stars i would give that! Hospitality was beyond fantastic. Brian was amazing. Treated us with kindness and respect. He was beyond helpful with reccomendations and help in our room. We felt like he was part of our little family. We enjoyed our trip so very much and look forward to staying at Bayview again.

The property was nice and kept well and peaceful. But the staff and rooms i cannot say the same i paid alot of money for my stay and was given a room with a dirty floor that made our feet black then i needed a cot was charged 30$ extra for my daughter which was fine until the roll away collapsed and it wasnt funny we gad no where for hwe to sleep and no staff on site to take care of the problem so disappointed. They take a 200 on yr card for incidentals but when u need som3one they dont get back to you I emailed the manager and never got a response back not cool!

As they say “you can put lipstick on a pig”. Very rundown and dirty/unsanitary. Clogged sinks, toilets that don’t flush, PAPER thin walls (I could hear my neighbors breathe), and the pool was filthy and covered in goose poop and feathers. Extremely rude/unfriendly staff who literally knocked down our door at 11AM to leave (it was 11:01) and then called 40 minutes later saying they were charging us $50 for the keys that we accidentally packed when we were being rushed out. It is an affordable place, so you get what you pay for.

I was on Long Island for work and stayed at the Bayview Resort. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. My questions were quickly answered. Although I was there for work, I had some free time so used one of their kayaks for a quick paddle. You can launch right from their property into the bay! I would definitely stay again for both business and personal trips.

They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed being so close to all the Hamptons attractions and visited the beach with a pass from the hotel front desk, a nice perk. Nice continental breakfast in the mornings and a great view of the bay ☀️

Some minor details as fridge being unplugged and me not realizing until day #2. The ice maker outside our room was not working. The service was good and feiendly and accommodating. The weather didn't cooperate much, but when it did the location is great with great views.

Nice little up-scale motel. Friendly owners. Great coffee pods (usually my least favorite part of a stay). We didn’t get to experience all of the amenities (kayaks etc.) but I would definitely come back. Just be aware that checking in after 8p requires communication about how to get in your room.

They certainly did their best updating the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. However, the outside of the buildings, although in good shape, show their age. We were there in high season and paid a ridiculous amount of money for what we got. Parking is about 15 feet from each door, so you will hear people coming and going all the time, right outside your window. The breakfast offered was skimpy and limited. Don't count on much. I should mention, though, that view from the deck at the end of the property was beautiful, and chairs were provided.

My husband and I brought our two teenage daughters here and were unfortunately VERY unhappy with our stay. 1. Lack of cleanliness was a big issue. We had to change rooms due to this fact and had issues in the new room as well. Previous guests garbage still under sink, wet TP and kleenex from rain which was an issue in the previous room with a dirty bathroom floor as well. 2. The breakfast runs from 8am-9:30am and when we arrived at 9:05am, there was no one there running it and most items had not been replenished. 3. Later that day at 1:30pm, we went to the clubhouse to eat sandwiches we got elsewhere and the area was still dirty from breakfast. 4. The motel is very rigid with pricing, changes and utilizing services. We had to sign off re: many possible penalties and charges before checking in. We had to go to the office to sign out beach towels and if not returned would have to pay $25 each. For the price we paid, these amenities should have been easily accessible and provided. 5. We were highly overcharged for this motel. We had tried to book directly through the hotel once we saw the prices were cheaper (over 14 days before our arrival) and Hotels.com was very helpful in trying to allow this change. Unfortunately, the Bayview Resort would not allow any changes. We paid WAY more than the motel accommodations, service, cleanliness were worth and it was a very upsetting experience for us during our vacation.

We really enjoyed our time at Baywiew. Convenient for shopping and and many great restaurants to chose from. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the bay is amazing. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The location was great, a neutral spot for going to the north or south fork. The staff was so nice and welcomed us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The went out of their way with little touches to make it an unforgettable stay.

The New Yorker part of me appreciated it here a lot to relax, have a homey setting & enjoy our time here. Came with my daughter and our dog we all are sad to leave. We look forward to be back soon

Room was so humid that the floors were dangerously slippery. The soap bar was a used small portion of a bar. One towel and one hand towel and one washcloth per guest. Breakfast was picked over and flies in the yogurt. Coffee pot and milk pitcher were left empty. I looked for an employee to ask for water and coffee and couldn’t find anyone . We had a reservation for 2 nights a an after the first night, we packed up and left . The pictures on website were deceiving. We were dissatisfied.
