Quarto limpo e confortável. Checkin e checkout rápidos e descomplicados. Não fica exatamente perto do centro histórico, mas conta com boas ligações de transporte e custo relativamente baixo em corridas de aplicativos.

we have usually used this. the hotel as accommodation when we travel with aid shipments to ukraine. and there has never been a problem with parking before. but now we have to find another hotel. since we did not get parking at the hotel. there are a lot of valuables in the car when we travel with aid shipments. and we think it was a terrible service that we were not allowed to park seeing as the car could be in the hotel's area ☹️

We arrived late for check-in and were exhausted after flying from California via Denmark to Krakow, so the complementary late check-out of 2 p.m. without charge was really helpful. Our son's wife had stayed there, so we knew the hotel and are glad that we also stayed there instead of the now-too-expensive hotels at the airport.

Clean rooms and well equipped. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
