The staff is the only reason why I’m rating this hotel. The staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite. The bedrooms are great. Showers are below average. Our drains backed up. The staff came to fix it right away and cleaned the floors. Small bathrooms. Low shower pressure. Our suite had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (only one had hot water). Suite had a small living room and kitchenette. Every room had TVs. The breakfast was great assisted us with extra needs. They have a salon in the property, need to book in advance. Mall nearby. There is parking. We had family stay at Cool Martin and our accommodation at Fynn were extremely better. Overall, would stay here again. The rooms were cozy. Bathroom was meh, at best. The breakfast was great. The staff 10 out of 10.

お湯のシャワーが出ると電話でも確認していたが、ソーラー電気の為日照時間が短いとお湯が出ないと言われ、2日間水のみだった。熱湯を入れたバケツをもらい、水と薄めて使用だが、水自体下水の臭いがして、とてもきつかった。水が臭いからか、洗面所の中も下水の臭いがしていた。ベッドの枕カバーも若干汚れていた。1泊日本円で2.2万円しているので、金額高いのに、ホテルの質は悪過ぎて、ぼったくりだと思うホテルだった。
