Swimming pool is unsafe for swimming . Area needs upgrading. No black out curtains. Noisy and can hear all the noise inside your room

I can’t believe this hotel is a 3.5 star hotel. And to call it a suite is unbelievable. There was no hot water for the shower. No plastic cup for the bathroom to use. There is no coffee maker not one plate cup utensil in the room. No ironing board no iron. It has a bed and a bathroom and a TV. There is no nightstand or chair in the room or a place to sit if you wanted to eat. I have over 100 mosquito bites from sitting on the property for literally less than 24 hours. The pool water was absolutely disgusting Chunks of hair were floating in the pool along with other debris. I don’t think the filter was being run on the pool. The pool water was definitely not crystal clear. You had to wait until exactly 4 PM to check in not a minute sooner and quite honestly they were a few minutes late after the 4 PM check-in . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. They charged me additional tax money even though I paid the tax in December. The only positive things that I could say is that the hotel was convenient to walk to places to eat. The woman who did the housekeeping I will say even though she had very limited English was very kind and very thoughtful and she did try to help you as best as she could as far as the people if they were the owners were not kind at all and if they say that this is a fake post it is not it is a real post and I did actually stay there

It's not the Ritz, but that is not what we paid for either. What we got was a friendly staff, clean pool, clean room, terrific sized fridge, and a great shower! We did not have a car rental during our stay, so walked everywhere. It is a 3-mi walk to the boardwalk. But there are also restaurants and grocery stores along the way. After all of our walking, the pool was a great refresher. Then the hot shower in the evening was perfect. When we were done with our walking, the manager pointed out places we could go to for dinner and breakfast in walking distance. Young Circle Park was not too far of a walk, and we had a great lunch at TaKito's. We did hear some traffic noise, but we were the end room on the road-side, so it was to be expected. My son liked the lizard that was hanging out by our room, though. It was a short 10-min taxi ride to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood.

This motel was convenient to say the least. The room seemed tidy but dirty at the same time. Everything was nicely kept, but smells of wet dog. And there was splatted on the walls throughout the room. I had an uneasy feeling staying there and didn’t sleep well. There was duct tape on the windows, which really should just be replaced and the lighting in there is not good. The staff when we checked in was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to rate the property of the staff alone, it would be a different review. The pool looked lovely and they had updated seating around the pool which was also really nice. We did not use any of the amenities. I would not go back, the price was comparable to others with the same star rating but still absurd for what we receive.

Loved everything, pool and service is OUTSTANDING!

Building looks old. The property grounds and pool looked unappealing. Room had signs of wear and tear. Bathroom walls had stucco unpainted. No floor rugs for bathroom. Unreasonable charges for early check-in and late check-out.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Unfortunately for us, with plane delays, we did not arrive until 5am so we couldnt actually fully enjoy our stay. Was a bit disappointing on first glance - green pool, front fence fallen down in one section. But it looks like the owners are trying to improve the property so thanks for that. Great diner a 4 minute walk down the street. Cute decor in the unit

We stayed here because we could not find another option close to the airport… we were weary due to the reviews, but for the price and purpose- it was fine. Room was dated but very clean. Microwave was useful and there is A fridge It was 10 mins from FLL (16.00 Uber) It was fine for a quick overnight layover. The front desk was efficient.

Really dirty, a lot of bugs. Smell bad. Charges 22$ more than what paid on Expedia. Had to give 100$ deposit cash only, no cards accepted. Not sound proof at all, we heard next room snoring all night.

Please clean this property

The stay overall was terrible. The room was dirty , unkept and beds not comfortable at all. Sheets smelled weird and were partially made. Hairs in the shower and sink. Water did not get hot or even warm in the shower so we had to skip that all together . The floor was slippery. The person staying next to us was vomiting terribly outside our door for hours all night long so we didn’t get any sleep whatsoever. I asked for a late check out which the lady at the front extended by 1 hour which we appreciated but we feel that she could have done more considering our check in wasn’t until 9pm to start.

We had a lovely stay here for one night before embarking on a cruise. The room was wicked clean, and you can tell that Paula and her husband love and care for their property very well. I cannot praise them enough for being so helpful and accommodating. It is also a quick drive to some wonderful dining options in Hollywood. Small caveat, it is right off the highway, so if you’re unaccustomed to city sleeping, be advised. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a night between connecting flights, as my first time traveling solo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was super close to the airport, only a 10-15 min drive, the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room was very modern, clean and functional, the bed was so comfortable and the pool area was lovely! Couldn’t recommended enough

Expedia is trying to contact them about a reimbursement and they won’t answer them. We had to leave this hotel after being here for 30 mins- i even grabbed cleaning supplies and attempted to clean the room to try and stay and it was so dangerous. There was blood on the wall, condoms on the floor, dirty beds, dirty floors, broken walls, escorts outside the room and screws sticking out of the walls which our young daughter could hurt herself on and no working smoke alarm. We were told if we left we would be refunded through an email and we contacted expedia to see about booking another hotel and we did find one. Then we tell them we are leaving and they said we won’t refund you since youve been in the room 30 mins (yes packing our stuff and booking another hotel). I have never had such a terrible experience. Expedia tried calling them and hotelrefused to answer. They still havent answered the email yet from expedia and we were told it would be 48 hours from them. When we left i asked the person if the room was rebookable and clean enough and she said yes. The girl at the front said so many different things about how we would be refunded and when it came time to leaving wouldnt refund. How can a business run like this? Here are all the pictures. Super sad/rip off. Save yourself the hassle and don’t book here. Its sad there wasnt honesty and there was not a clean room or what we were promised in pictures when we arrived. Worst hotel ever.

Pro. I loved the old wood walls/ceiling. The pool area looked nice. The room appears nice & clean. Table was cute, towels looked nice. Not standard cheap towels. Cons. There were zero light shades, which mean you were blinded at night or had to sit in the dark. There was no bedside tables or light. Both windows had no locks & didnt even shut properly. There is a fridge, but no actual kitchen/counter area. The single chair was a joke. So thin and cheaply made, I was scared to even try it. It was like a dollar store lawn chair. TV was big, but the wifi was so poor that we couldnt watch anything on it. We tried several different channels & just gave up & watched our phones. TV was useless. There was confusion over the deposit also. We paid cash. Were told we would get it back if nothing was taken/broken. (Nothing was and we didnt even use their sheets or towels as we had our own) Upon check out it was not returned or mentioned. We were just told we were good to go. 2 weeks later I called. They apologized, said they had it. And we did get it back. But apparently it was our responsibility to let them know at check out, if we paid the deposit with cash versus credit card. Which no one told us. The bed was still covered in plastic so we thought it was brand new, but it had a worn saggy spot in the middle haha. Overall, it has potential. The structure has beautiful old wood inside. But the furniture needs work & the windows need fixed or replaced. Lamp shades would help alot.

There was an empty Men's soap bottle and a soap wrapper left in the window and empty box of cigarettes was behind the bed. The internet is off and that was the story of what we had no access to it. I don't feel as if I should have been charged the hotel.Fee a day for that.

Wifi doesn’t work bathrooms are poorly renovated staff doesn’t try to help in situations act like they can’t fix any issues and everything has to be in their time slot do not stay here unless you have no other option

We brought up this concern, and the clerk told us the room was very quiet. It was, in fact, extremely noisy with the motorcycles, trucks, and thumping bass from the cars all night. If you're a light sleeper, avoid this motel! Also, check-in is at 4:00. DO NOT arrive before 4:00! Every other motel that we've ever been to in our lives has had a room available once they're clean before check-in time if you get there early because of your flight. Not this one. The rooms had been cleaned, but they would not let anyone in a room before 4:00. We got there early because of our flight schedule, and had to wait by the pool for 5 hours until 4:00 sharp. Keep that in mind.

Nothing work the stoves don’t work no tables or chairs like it says in the description. The walls are paper thin you can hear a pin drop in the next room over. U have to go outside just to have a private conversation put it like this. It sounds like if the units next to urs don’t have a wall u hear everything from next door like if they are in your room. When it rains the roof leaks everywhere and bad. The price is not worth what ur getting every one complaining about noise at 4 in the afternoon just because your talking or ur baby cry’s so basically their is no privacy hear even if u talk low the hole conversation can be heard perfectly by both of your neighbors on each side of whatever unit you’re in so you literally have to go outside towards the street just to talk on the phone or have a private conversation

Had a very angry lady in the room next to us she lived at the property apparently the walls are super thin

The hotel manager and front desk reservations coordinator, Lee, did an excellent job for me and my girlfriend for our stay. Lee answered all of my questions on a daily basis and was consistant with overall great customer service and communication. Lee was extremely helpful and dependable.

Booked this hotel showed up with all of my luggage and was told to walk five minutes down the road because they were overbooked to their sister hotel, which was a complete dump. I spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the white towel was black due to dirty floors…. The room smelled so strong smell of bleach yet still so dirty.

At check in they demanded over $100 cash, No cards accepted. Refused to allow us to stay for our previously booked trip. We had to quickly find other accommodations for us and our 2 kids for the night. The hotel looked like a pay-by-the-hour facility and was run like one. Do not book your stay here. Hilton Gardens was not much more expensive, has a better facility and we were welcomed appropriately. You get what you pay for.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. I had to talk to a couple different people on the phone and they were also very nice and let me know all the information I needed.

This is my second time staying at this property. The caretaker is absolutely incredible. The rooms are clean and affordable. Above and beyond all the caretaker is amazingly responsive, kind, and honest highly recommend staying here.

Scary area to be in… This is a Motel!! Not pet friendly!! Paid too much for this… They definitely over sell themselves!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are very misleading and the location is NOT SAFE! Upon arrival there was no one to help with check-in. There were people across the streets watching every move and also there were others who appeared to be full time residents at the establishment. I refused to let my 2 kids and ourselves to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Bad area.

Looked like a motel that can be rented by the hour. Rundown area, boarded up buildings and homes. Lots of people standing around the area drinking and smoking. Very poor area.
