Will stay there again absolutely love this place!

Very nice place would recommend!

This property is right next to a construction site. The owner had every opportunity to let us know that loud construction was going on. He did not, it started at 7:15 am and didn't end until after 5. Their vans blocked the driveway and congested the street. We could not enjoy any of the outside property. Even at night, because the chairs around the fire put were broken. I let them know this and they said they would be replaced. They never were and we had 5 days there. No chairs. The inside is very nice, except the floors are filthy. You dont notice until you look at your socks or feet. If you dont mind the noise, the size of the house is adequate for a large group. It definitely needs a refresher. It was close to Noda where we were visiting for a wedding.

This home was absolutely amazing and beautifully designed inside. On top of that, we were greeted with a lovely surprise. When I was originally deciding between this house and another, I almost chose the other one because it had a sectional couch, which I thought would be better for hosting. To my delight, the moment I walked into this home, I saw a beautiful blue sectional couch—not the same one listed in the picture. I was so excited! The house was spotless and fully stocked with amenities, all of which I made use of. The host was incredibly friendly, and the location was great—just a short drive to stores and restaurants. This home truly elevated my trip to Charlotte and helped create unforgettable memories with my friends. I wish I could go back and relive the experience. I would absolutely book again!

Great off street parking & spacios, well equipped home. Unfortunately we found the upper dishwasher arm in the lower rack & had to do dishes by hand. Could use some paint touch ups, otherwise all good.
