Fabulous hotel with a gorgeous and relaxing garden and dining area around the pool. Great room and one of the best showers ever! Staff v helpful.

Otel sessiz sakin bir konumda, Travertenlere gayet yakın. Otel personeli ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Açık büfe kahvaltı, çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin iç avlusu ve havuzu keyifli vakit geçirmek için güzel bir imkan sunuyor. Odalar temiz ve bakımlı. Müşteriler için otelin önünde otopark alanı sunuluyor. Personele ilgi alaka için teşekkür ederiz.

Nice and clean, excellent customer service, good breakfast, front desk answered all the questions we have. Out Side area/pool area is a good place to relax. We walked to the Town Entrance of Travertines of Pamukkale in the morning. It is about 14 minutes.

Close proximity to hot springs and historic site. Easy walking access to dining and shopping. Very helpful staff who helped us arrange transportation and day trips. Nice pool.

L'hôtel est très beau, la piscine également et super après une chaude journée de visite!! Le service est excellent. Il y a une navette gratuite le matin qui vous amène au site par la porte sud!! Les gens de l'hôtel vous donne les meilleurs trucs et recommandations pour les visites et comment ne pas se faire avoir. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture, il y a un grand stationnement privé. Le seul bémol, est que les fenêtres semblent moins bien isolées alors la nuit on entend les bruits de la rue (ex. Chiens qui happent) mais ce n'est vraiment pas si pire! J'imagine que si la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue, c'est encore mieux!! Excellent hôtel, excellent personnel et service!

THE place to stay in Pamukkale. It is an oasis in a town with many hotels, but few really good options. The courtyard between the Venus Suite Hotel and the Venus Hotel (same ownership) has a refreshing pool, lawn with a few lounge chairs, lush trees and bushes, and a good number of well-spaced tables where you can take breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. This courtyard is simply excellent. Breakfast is quite an assortment. Lunch and dinner menus are good, and they might make something special if you ask. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a Deluxe Double room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. It had a good amount of space to sit or move about, a large, modern bathroom with a triple shower, and a balcony with chairs and table overlooking the courtyard. Very comfortable and relaxing. The same room on the third floor would have an even better view of the white travertine pools of Pamukkale. (Too far away to see any detail, but you do see them.) The triple room on the second floor that we had for one night was OK, but felt much smaller. We were delighted to move to the deluxe double. Plenty of parking, with about 5 spaces in front of the hotel, and a large parking lot directly across the street. Easy communication. Flexible check-in and check-out if there is a need. It's about 15 minutes to walk north to the main tourist area of town.

The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room. Then he asked the cab driver to take us to a smaller train station because he worried that we would miss our train. Stellar service, clean, wonderful pool, excellent breakfast!

Oda ve çarşaflar havlular temizdi ama banyoda çok kötü bir logar kokusu vardı. Duşa kabinin zemini aşırı derecede kaygandı. Tutunacak bir yer yoktu. Personel güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı oldukça zengindi.

Konaklama mekan olarak Pamukkale’ye yakın, otel içi yönlendirme konusunda ilgiliydiler. Ama oda genel olarak aynı bezle her yeri temizlemişler gibiydi.

Pamukkale de en iyi otellerden biri gördüğüm kadarıyla... Banyo ve yatak iyi temizlenmemişti. Temizlik olayı geliştirilirse puanı daha iyi olacaktır. Açık büfe kahvaltı başarılı.

Oda da ağır bir koku ve genel olarak temiz değildi. Yatakların üzerinde böcek ve banyodaki sabunlarda küflüydü. ailecek rahatsız bir konaklama geçirdik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Very nice hotel with clean, well presented and maintained rooms. My only criticism is that our bed/mattress was old/broken and sagged very badly making sleeping difficult. Lovely pool area which would be great during warmer months. Restaurant food very good with the set meal offers representing excellent value for money. Would happily stay here again if I returned to the area.

Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht der erwarteten Größe. Anstelle der angegebenen 30 qm erhielten wir ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer von etwa 15–20 qm. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass wir ein Dreibettzimmer erhalten hätten, da wir zu dritt reisen. Allerdings benötigt unsere kleine Tochter lediglich ein Reisebett, kein zusätzliches großes Bett. Dadurch war das Zimmer sehr beengt und der Aufenthalt weniger komfortabel als erhofft.

The staff were very polite and courteous. Accomodation was great, large and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was overwhelming with over 50 varieties of hot food, salads, cheeses, sweets, fruits, biscuits, The only minor item was that you could not order your own variety of cooked eggs, otherwise brilliant. Centrally located with walking distance to the travines.

Venus Suite - 73071833734209 I’m left conflicted with the positive reviews to this property. This is my experience. Checked in to a lovely front desk male staff member. Throughly went through details of the hotel and tours. Comfortable bed & pillow. Slippers are offered. Breakfast wide selection of foods, can’t fault. This is where the positive experience ended. First room that was provided was on the first floor, outside the window is the staff break area where they were smoking cigarettes and have a jolly chat. Also outside this room is a loud ventilation pipe. This was my view. Asked to move rooms, the gentleman said, “I’ll see what’s available” (hotel was not full) We were than provided a room above reception facing the road. Well this room was worse. The house across the road with the farm animals, animals just wouldn’t shout up. Owner of the animal house felt that everyone is interested in his loud car music. Staff from reception decide to go outside all hours of the evening to smoke their cigarettes and have a jolly loud laugh & conversations outside reception right under the room that was allocated to me. Reminder, I asked to be moved letting reception know I sleep with window/sliding door open & that staff were outside my original room on level one smoking. So again, I was moved to a room above reception where staff gathered as they smoked cigarettes and chatted. Biz sadece bir gece kaldık fakat kaldığımız oda zemin katta arka bahçeye bakan bir oda olduğu için karanlık olması sebebi daha uzun kalışlarda sıkıntılı olabilir. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu.

Eingangsbereich und Zimmer sind sauber und machen einen guten Eindruck. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Frühstück war übersichtlich aber genügend Auswahl.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety with fresh dishes. Quiet neighborhood, great for families. Excellent location for seeing Pamukkale.

Amazing breakfast buffet. Recommend to install grab bars and rubber mat in shower to reduce risk of slip and fall.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and fluent in English. The breakfasts were abundant and tasty. They had one of the best showers I’ve experienced to-date (20+ days into my trip in Turkey). The pool was a big bonus. Great location too. I can’t recommend enough.

A very nice and confortabile stay in a familiar hotel.Amazing breakfast, nice swimming pool, 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the small Village of Pamukkale I was a bit disappointed during the call to the reception before the check in, being arrived at 6 am by bus in a near city.I wished to inform they about my arrival early asking tò leave bags. Unfortunely the receptionist of the night did not speak english and he continuef tò day : call After 9 am! I consider It a disservice that can get scared guests, strangers in a new country.

Unal who was the manager was very friendly and helpfull. Channol the day time manager speaks many languages and well help you with every need.

The experience was exemplary - checkin, quality of rooms, arranging a shuttle up to the Travertine Baths, a taxi shuttle to the bus station upon departure - were all provided with a smile and exceptional service The breakfast spread was first class - in terms of quality and variety. With three fussy kids - this was the No 1 breakfast for our trip around Türkiye! Highly recommend

Family-run and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Their breakfast offers the largest selection and is the best that we’ve had in Turkey! It’s in very close proximity to the Pamukkale travertine too so it’s very convenient

The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. However, the restaurant was terrible, and the attitude of the person who seemed to be the restaurant manager was the worst. Also, I had some laundry done, but two of my clothes ended up with reddish-brown detergent-like stains that couldn’t be removed. The food at the restaurant was not good either.

Lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful. Yunus and Senol helped with organising our transfer. Food at the restaurant is very good. They offer free transfer to Pamukkale and Hierapolis in the morning.

I always make ALL my reservations "PAY AT THE PROPERTY" As you know HOTELS.COM gives (depending on the hotel) 2 types of bookings PAY NOW, & PAY AT THE PROPERTY I always choose PAY AT THE PROPERTY as even it's a MORE EXPENSIVE gives me the freedom to cancel or change plans on the go Well this hotel tried to charge my credit card 7 days PRIOR to our arrival I said "tried" because my bank denied the charges as my credit card number was stolen on previous days & the bank replaced my credit card So the credit card # on the reservation WAS NOT longer valid I exchanged multiple messages thru HOTELS.COM CONTACT THE PROPERTY and explained the situation They did NOT care They keep asking for the NEW CREDIT CARD # BUT HOTELS.COM contact the property feature DOES NOT allow to send personal information as credit card numbers so every time i sent them the NEW credit card # it was deleted from the message The only solution i had was TO CANCEL MY PAY AT THE PROPERTY RESERVATIONS that were made MONTHS ahead and RE BOOK with "PAY NOW" Of course I paid MORE as the previous "pay at the property" reservation was made months in advance and this new reservation was made just a few days prior to our stay so the rate was higher Staff was rude in emal communications and in Person WE WILL NEVER go back to this property They cause me so much stress about the payment in ADVANCE Hotels.com SHOULD NOT allow this If the customer choose PAY AT THE PROPERTY(That is a more expensive fare) its AT THE PROPERTY!

We only stayed here for one night. Hotel was okay, however location was good and within short walking distance to the pamukkale town area. Free parking as well which is nice.

A little further out of town (but still very easy walk), but extremely modern and clean - a nice change from the traditional pensions we have stayed in) . Breakfast was crazy good - so much variety.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel! Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, es sind nur ca 800m zu den Kalkterrassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und es gab ein traumhaftes Frühstück! Auch das Dorf hatte viel Charme für einen kleinen Spaziergang am Abend! Für einen Kurztrip nach Pamukkale mit Übernachtung das perfekte Hotel! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

This place is fantastic! Very peaceful environment, very comfortable rooms, and very attentive and helpful staff - reception, kitchen/restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and pleasant. The restaurant patio area is conducive to relaxing, seeking well-shaded shelter from the Pamukkale sun, and enjoying watching (and listening to) many birds. Pool was clean and well-maintained and water temp was perfect. The hotel is not in the main bazaar area of Pamukkale village, but is an easy 10-minute walk. It’s actually nice to stay in this part of town, more quiet and peaceful than the main bazaar area and more integrated with the local village environment. Highly recommend this hotel!

Cet Hôtel est excellent . Les chambres sont belles, confortables et propres . Le petit déjeuner , inclus dans notre cas, était incroyable . Dans les meilleurs que nous avons eus en Turquie. Le site est très beau et offre de beaux espaces pour relaxer. Comme Pamukkale est une ville axée sur les activités touristiques la ville elle même a peu à offrir. Je crois que la qualité de cette hôtel dépasse de beaucoup les standards locaux. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement .

Nice hotel with ample rooms. Only stayed here one night. Cool water pool we couldn't enjoy due to cold weather and rain. Ample parking space. Buffet breakfast with tons of options but mostly bread and cheese. It would be convenient to include vegan options, at least vegetable milks. Restaurant staff didn't speak much english. Some cats playing around in the backyard and a cute dog as well.

Yalnızca bir gece kaldık. Özellikle temizlik her yerde kendini gösteriyor. Banyo, yatak, balkon, havuz, vs. Kahvaltı da dört dörtlüktü. Akşam yine otelde yemek yedik. Çok lezzetliydi. Personel de çok ilgili ve kibar.

Herşey çok iyiydi ancak kahvaltı alanına kedi köpek olması köpek ve kedinin masaya yakın olması ve etrafta dolaşması hijyen açısından sıkıntı gibi. Özellikle kepin kendisini sallayarak temizleme işini kahvaltı masaların ortasında yapması hijyen için sıkıntı

Soggiorno di una notte per visitare Pamukkale. Struttura silenziosa e personale cordiale. Ottima cena con prezzi onesti. Colazione super abbondante. Non mancava nulla. Parcheggio disponibile. Cena e colazione all'ombra degli alberi del giardino sono state veramente una bella sorpresa. Da consigliare vivamente. Bravi.

Restoran bölümü hariç iyiydi odalar temiz ama restoran konusunda servis kötüydü.Restoranla ilgilenen uzun boylu orta yaşlı arkadaş hizmet vermek için çok isteksizdi. Restoran kahvaltı olarak gayet yeterli ve lezzetli ama uzun boylu arkadaş akşam yemeği için servis yaptı fakat maalesef sanki zorla yapıyormuş gibiydi yemek lezzetleri vasat üstü ama fiyatları ortalama üstüydü.Otelde kalmak için güzel fakat akşam yemeği için kötüydü. Here was good for stay clean and looking good but ıf you want to use restaurant for dinner you have to think about this.Beacuse service wasnt good and expensive. Good location with great breakfast options and plenty for gluten free food. Had dinner in the restaurant and was very good (got recommendations from staff). Also the hotel arranged hamam experience nearby which was delightful.
