Le service est médiocre, la chambre est délabrée, il n'y avait pas de savon dans les toilettes, l'eau chaude défaillante le matin et la télé ne marchait pas aussi...les serviettes n'étaient pas propres.....

This hotel is very horrible in a lot of ways and things! If there’s anything lower than -0 I will rate this hotel as such. The lady I met to check me in was very rude, the place is dirty and -0 security. Someone stole my luggage at this hotel and till now nothing was done by the management. I gave the front desk lady my information and she just dropped it like it’s nothing. I will not allow my worst enemies to stay at this hotel even for free!

JUST DON’T. This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I checked in at 9:00 it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Got to the room and the key card wouldn’t work. They ended up having to bring me a real key to use. Got in the room and there was a cobweb by the bed. I had to kill two tiny spiders crawling on the sheets. Sheets were so stained that we stripped both beds and use our own sheets and blankets. Light over the bathroom sink is really dim. Had to turn on the heat lamp to be able to see. Towels are stained. There is a weed / plant growing through a crack in the wall by the air conditioner. Multiple lamps not working. I think the outlet was shorted out.

After waiting a long time to check in (even with reservation) we were assigned a room. When we entered the room the temperature in the room was very high. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning unit it would not work because the cord was unplugged and the plug was twisted out of shape and would not work. Someone from house cleaning surely would have seen the air conditioner unplugged and found that it was unable to be plugged in.
