You get what you pay for. We came for the festival, so we really just wanted a place to sleep cause we were gonna be gone all day. Checking in, there were 2 staff, and with 3 people in front of me it still took roughly an hour to get to talk to them. They kept leaving because people were having issues with their room. I will say though they were nice, and the guy that helped us were really apologetic about everything. The room itself had mold on the bathroom ceiling. The TV didn't work (we personally didn't care about that), the chairs were stained really bad. We heard people saying there was dead bugs on their side tables which we didn't experience but just a heads up about that. The safe didn't work and was being held closed with a piece of toilet paper. The stairwells all smelled like pee, and one stairwell specifically smelled like cat pee. We were there for 5 days and the smell never went away. The vending machines were also rarely ever filled. We put a sign up for housekeeping one day when we left around 9am, and nothing had been done by the time we came back at 11pm. I’m not sure how american hotels work if we were supposed to call, but I figured that’s what the “housekeeping please” sign on the outside doorknob meant. So we had to ask for extra towels (which they only gave us handheld ones but we were too tired to go back down and just dealt with it). Overall, even for 60/night it’s not worth it. But it’s cheap and a place to sleep if needed.
