Great place with all that one requires. Due to possibly me being older than younger booking the shuttle was a little difficult but once through to Goldbeck it worked. Booking easy and bus on time. As arrival after 2200 needed access through phone. Once received it was easy to gain access to hotel and room. In the morning I used public bus back to airport. I would stay again.

First booking it. Surpised positivly. Easy way to get access to the hotel and the room. Good parking opportunities as well as a brilliant connection to the airport. Facility is fine but could be a bit more exclusiv but thats just my point of view when having to evaluate it.

One night stay at ipartment. Property is fairly new, bed is comfortable. Kitchen is clean, utensil, pots and pan are provided. The only thing is.. we booked and paid for airport shuttle, but there was no direction provided as to where to board the shuttle. No one, including information station at the airport knew where the shuttle station is. We arrived late that night because of thunder and lightening storm We could not find the shuttle that could take us to Northgate parking garage and no one could be able to help us. We finally had to paid for five minute taxi ride to the Ipartment and forgo the shuttle. More direction would be appreciated.

Expedia did a lousy job of explaining the check in process. Access to the building and to your room is done electronically through your phone. It's OK but confusion would have been eliminated if I had received notification before I booked the hotel. Parking stinks. Left unsaid is that you cannot park on the the grassy area across the street. Got a ticket. There's a large parking garage nearby but didn't notice it in the dark. Again, no explanation of the parking options available.

This hotel is so convenient, super clean, and totally fine for one night before a flight. The WLAN was awesome, the bed comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, the washroom very convenient, and the connection to the airport super simple. The round the clock coffee machine wa wonderful but the food at the shop was dreadful. Also, getting in was a bit confusing but I figured it out. I arrived 20 minutes before checkin so that was problematic as the check in time cannot be even a tiny bit altered. I will still book again! It was perfect for what I needed.

This hotel is so convenient, super clean, and totally fine for one night before a flight. The WLAN was awesome, the bed comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, the washroom very convenient, and the connection to the airport super simple. Great 2 days stay during Berlin Marathon. Close to airport with very reliable shuttle service to airport every 15 mins. There is no train station close by you have to go to airport for public transport buses and trains. Not a lot of amenities about just a deli/restaurant next to apartment. Staff are friendly place is clean.

Very nice space, quiet, lots of amenities (i.e. a shop downstairs to buy food). A bit remote, which is not a problem if you have a car, and the best way to get into the city is to go back to the airport and take the FEX. Also, everything (such as opening doors) has to go through your phone, so you may be out of luck late night if your phone is out of juice. Other than that I'd certainly book it again.

Trotz VIP-Access haben wir die Upgrades nicht im Ansatz erhalten. Nicht mal der Parkplatz war nutzbar, da dieser separat über das Hotel gebucht werden musste, was in der Buchung nicht kommuniziert wurde. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel, wurde hier die Schuld bei Expedia gesucht. Eine Buchung für einen Parkplatz pro Nacht, sollte uns dann 25,00€ kosten. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank einen SUV dabei und haben es wie einige andere Gäste gehandhabt und im Feld / Graben gegenüber des Gebäudes geparkt. Wir reisen viel und haben dieses Jahr einige Hotels genutzt, aber das haben wir nur hier erlebt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer leider sehr klein für zwei Personen, aber immerhin sauber.

Ablauf war alles ok, aber es war sehr laut in der Nacht weil sich Menschen draußen unterhalten und Party machen. Da nachts die Unterkunft nicht besetzt ist, wird hier kein Einhalt geboten. Leider roch es sehr streng im Zimmer dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen musste. Das machte alles noch lauter. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Great accommodation with everything you'd need. Loved the welcome pack and store in the lobby. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access on the bus which is a few minutes walk away. Was a perfect stopover when needing to get to the airport quickly. Hopefully some restaurants and amenities will open within walking distance in the future. The only fault is that the room was very hot in summer and there was some noise in the hallway from people coming and going.

This is a very modern, comfortable, and attractive place to stay. I came during the worldwide tech outage, and it is understandable that I did not get my confirmation email 24 hours before. I called 3 different times on the day of check in, and two representatives could not understand my issue and another hung up on me because she could not speak English. Both representatives kept saying either I will get my email with room code in an hour, and then no later than 2:30pm. It came at 3:30. I was also assured there would be someone onsite to help if needed, but in the two days I was there, there was a sign on the office door saying no one is here and to call reservations. The reservations line kept wanting to transfer me back to the site. Just disorganized. Lastly, the air conditioning was not strong or did not work - I could not tell. I couldn't contact anyone because no one was here. Everything else was okay and comfortable, but I likely would not stay here again.

This is a very modern, comfortable, and attractive place to stay. I came during the worldwide tech outage, and it is understandable that I did not get my confirmation email 24 hours before. I called 3 different times on the day of check in, and two representatives could not understand my issue and another hung up on me because she could not speak English. Both representatives kept saying either I will get my email with room code in an hour, and then no later than 2:30pm. It came at 3:30. I was also assured there would be someone onsite to help if needed, but in the two days I was there, there was a sign on the office door saying no one is here and to call reservations. The reservations line kept wanting to transfer me back to the site. Just disorganized. Lastly, the air conditioning was not strong or did not work - I could not tell. I couldn't contact anyone because no one was here. Everything else was okay and comfortable, but I likely would not stay here again.

Great 2 days stay during Berlin Marathon. Close to airport with very reliable shuttle service to airport every 15 mins. There is no train station close by you have to go to airport for public transport buses and trains. Not a lot of amenities about just a deli/restaurant next to apartment. Staff are friendly place is clean.

I was supposed to check in Friday but my flight was delayed till Saturday. I arrived Saturday night but on weekends there’s nobody in the office and nobody to call to get access. I had to get another hotel nearby at 11pm Saturday for the whole weekend because of it. It’s a clean and nice hotel but overall experience was terrible considering I paid for 7 nights but couldn’t even get in until Monday. Paying an extra few hundred dollars just to have somewhere to sleep after a long night. Not to mention stressful arriving late at night, having 0 access trying to figure out what to do.

A bit remote, which is not a problem if you have a car, and the best way to get into the city is to go back to the airport and take the FEX. Also, everything (such as opening doors) has to go through your phone, so you may be out of luck late night if your phone is out of juice. Other than that I'd certainly book it again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat über alles verfügt was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss gab es ein Kiosk wo man noch einen kleinen Einkauf tätigen konnte, falls man auf dem Apartment z. B. noch etwas kochen möchte. Es gab kühle/heiße Getränke, verschiedene Lebensmittel und auch Hygienemittel. Für einen Kurztrip völlig empfehlenswert

This hotel is so convenient, super clean, and totally fine for one night before a flight. The WLAN was awesome, the bed comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, the washroom very convenient, and the connection to the airport super simple. The round the clock coffee machine wa wonderful but the food at the shop was dreadful. Also, getting in was a bit confusing but I figured it out. I arrived 20 minutes before checkin so that was problematic as the check in time cannot be even a tiny bit altered. I will still book again! It was perfect for what I needed.

Middle of nowhere. 3-4 km from the airport, but no public transportation. There is a shuttle bus running every 30 minutes from the airport bus parking to the car park-house, near the I-Partments. Otherwise use Uber or Bolt. I bought a shuttle ticket online, others just jumped on it without. The driver didn't care at all. As a matter of fact, he did not understand a word in English or German. You need to enter your name and code, emailed to you at the entrance door. Self check-in is in the lobby, and surprise, there is an additional 5.84 Euro fee to pay, before the room key is generated. There is a Tony's Pizza in the building and automated snack machine in the lobby. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However, loud door slamming (self-closing) until late night was annoying. The surroundings are deserted. If you want exquisite dining or entertainment, look elsewhere.

Second time staying at this airport hotel and again very impressed. Clean, modern and very well maintained - so quiet for sleeping and the small kitchens and honesty shop are extremely useful for this kind of stopover. Won’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Berlin and wish we had similar in the UK.
