객실 서비스가 다양한 편입니다. 추가 배게도 1개 더 쓸 수 있고, 작은 욕조도 있고 세면도구 등도 다양하게 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 비즈니스 호텔로 저렴한 가격 대비 훌륭한 서비스라고 생각합니다.

주 이용 지하철이 JR이 아니라서 역에서는 도보로 항상 15분 이상(역으로 가도 지하도로 더 들어가야하는 악순환) 걸어야하는 점이 있었지만 그래도 금액 대비 괜찮았어요 매일 조식이랑 오후-저녁시간대 웰컴 드링크(알콜)도 맛볼 수 있는점도 재밌네요 어메니티도 훌륭했어요 종류도 많고 립밤이랑 가글에 입욕제랑 베개도 선택할 수 있워요 매일 너무 너무 잘 이용했어요 방은 딱 일반적인 비즈니스 방인데 침대는 엄청 컸고 필요한 건 다 있었어요 다른 도쿄지역은 이 금액에 못 구하는데 매우 만족입니다 창문도 열리는 점이 마음에 들고 욕실도 깨끗했어요 침대도 푹신해서 잘 잤어요

Laundry was very convenient

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. There had been no WiFi since the 3rd night. The staff could not help and just asked us to try again. There was always no or only one staff at the reception. The staff can only speak Japanese. The reception and breakfast area are very small. The hair conditioner provided is very liquidy. Room is still very dark even I switched on all the lights, so I can only do my make up in the toilet. Further improvement should be made to meet up with the standard of other Super Hotel in Japan.

We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel during our trip to Japan. The hotel was within a comfortable walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around while still being in a quiet and comfortable area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a first-time visitor to Japan traveling with my two teenagers, I appreciated how easy everything was to navigate. The key-code room entry system was simple and convenient, even for travelers coming from the United States. Our room had a queen bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for our family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The hot water was excellent, and the hotel provided helpful amenities, including slippers and toiletries. I also liked that guests could choose whether they wanted room cleaning service or privacy during their stay. The hotel offers coin-operated laundry facilities and vending machines on-site, both of which were very easy to use and convenient during our trip. A complimentary breakfast was also included. Although we didn’t have a chance to eat there because we already had plans each morning, the breakfast area looked inviting and the food smelled delicious. Most importantly, my children and I always felt safe and comfortable walking to and from the station and returning to the hotel after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, Super Hotel made our first trip to a foreign country feel smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again.
