The room was clean and everything worked. There are lot of stairs and no elevators, so its recommended to not take lots of luggage with you. The internet was a bit slow, for example YouTube videos had to be given a little time to buffer. The hotel owner also had a birthday party one night. The restaurants were closed because two floors were full of party people and I could still hear them drunkenly singing karaoke in to our room after midnight.

Room was very comfortable. Air conditioner blew on me at night a bit but was managable. The steps getting to my room numbered around 80 and there were rooms still above mine. Staff more than eager to haul bags up and down.

I have had two extended stays at this hotel and I love it here! Keep in mind this is a more provincial area. I think this is one of the best hotels in Coron! Shuttle service to and from the airport. Convenient location close to the town proper, the docks, little bodega-like shops, and good places to eat. The hotel's menu is also good and very reasonably priced. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They greeted us with some tasty cold juice or ice tea and quickly got things arranged and got us to the room. The staff is friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. The honeymoon suite is totally worth the price for the size of the room! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel with so much attention to detail. The first room we were put in was not very nice but we were able to move. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice but would be good to have more than four sun loungers. Great location for Coron. Shuttle bus to airport cost 250 pesos each but bit annoying that we were told 10 am pick up & then had to wait on the bus for 30 mins for some guests from another hotel.

This is truly an amazing boutique hotel in Coron. For the value, this place is the best in the entire town. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional, the rooms are large and beds very comfortable, and the restaurant actually has very good food (as well as a bar). There is even a nice little swimming pool located directly in the center of the hotel. The only downside is that for most rooms located on the upper floor, there is no elevator and its stairs only; however the staff is always there to help with luggage. Everything is also quite walkable, as far as Coron town goes, about 10 minutes into town on foot. Definitely will return again when coming back!

A nice place, very clean. Biggest issue is the amenities were lacking, tv would only get maybe 3 channels, not much privacy the doors were not sealed fully. And no elevator so every time you left your room you would climb a ton of stairs.. but overall a nice place

Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend

The Property is definitely remarkable. I was prepared from previous reviews that the 23 rooms are accessible only by stairs. No Elevator at Property. I'm disabled, but was able to manage. From our arrival, Mel grabbed my luggage and backpack in addition to another Gentleman and ran 5 floors to the Penthouse which was amazing. The front desk had set up an additional bed at our request, and we were very comfortable. 5 minute trike ride to the bay to shop for food for our Island Hopping. Food at restaurant was good, expecially the CBM Burgers and Fish Sandwich. Made some good friends in Maria and the Bartender who were amazing people. Had 3 wonderful massages at the Spa, which are affordable and convenient. Met the Niece of the owner, and she was very grateful for our visit, and courteous. Will definitely stay there again when in Coron. Recommedations, book early. Penthouse and Presidential Suite/Villa go quickly. They are both on the top floors, so be prepared. The views impeccable. Bathroom was dirty; the hospitality was awful. There is no lift in the hotel. My room was on the 5th floor and to walk 5 floors multiple times each day was a pain. I checked out before the end date.

Loved our stay here. We were a group of 5 (2 couples) and had requested an extra cot for the big room. They gave us a cute little bed that’s comfy and adorable! The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was clean and private, away from the traffic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is situated at the top of Coron town and there are many tricycles to take you the short ride into the centre. It is a quirky but pretty design and we rented 2 rooms at the top of the hotel. That meant quite a few steps from room to reception! The rooms were large and roomy. However they had no safe, which is meant leaving cash, cards and passports in reception. The restaurant was very good and value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, both in reception and the restaurant. TBH Coron town is not a beautiful town but Bancuang Mansion was quite pretty. Its unlikely we would go back to Coron but if we did, we would happily pick Bancuang Mansions again.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht. Ganska litet rum och det var tyvärr väldigt lyhört, vi hörde ALLT som sades i receptionen, ibland tidigt på morgonen och ibland sent på kvällen. Kuddarna var också tyvärr stenhårda och inte sköna. Hotellet fungerar fint för några nätter, inte mer än så.

The staff is very helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they put us in a twin double which meant we had to sleep separately. This room was close to the pool and unfortunately with not much sun light because our window was facing a wall where the pool pump was which kept waking us up during the night along with the noisy a/c. The staff gave us a standing fan to use instead of the a/c to reduce noise and help us sleep better. The second day we asked to check the room we were supposed to stay, but it was with no window and full of mosquitos coming out from the bathroom. So, we decided to stay where we were and deal with the pool pump noise. In the Hotel there is no lift and lots of stairs, the stuff helped us bring our luggages upstairs, but this is something to be aware of. The thing we really liked about the place was the helpful staff. They organised tours for us and they always made sure to address our requests.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained. The view from the bay is fantastic. And all the staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. They know how to coordinate trips and transportation without any problem. I arrived early, and they let me check in without any condition to wait. For sure, I will be back in this place.

Place was nice. Staff very helpful and accommodating, carried our bags through the labyrinth and up to the 4th floor. Be prepared for stairs and the steps were also big so it was quite tiring. Toiletries were also not enough but the staff brought them when asked.

Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend

Logement correct. 100 marches pour arriver jusqu'à la chambre, pas d'ascenseur. Une des chambres avec seulement une fenetre donnant sur le couloir. Personnel adorable mise à part quand il a fallu prendre le van qu'ils nous avaient réservé pour l'aéroport. Un maximum de gens dans le van, certains n'avaient pas de places assises. Les bagages entassés sur le toit.

Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners. There were other restaurants near by as well and the main town is walking distance (just down the street).

Really nice stay. Staff were very friendly. Very central, just a walking distance from some very nice restaurants and bars. Very close to the Reggae Diving Centre where we did our diving course. Also have a nice bar, restauraunt and pool. Ended up staying here an extra 2 nights - would recommend to stay here.

The building itself was unique, with different levels and platforms. Also a very kind and attentive staff! I do have to warn that depending on where your room is, there WILL be stairs - and you have to pay attention to where your room is! It is a little bit out of the center, but absolutely walkable and a quick tricycle ride away. Conveniently next to Sharky's and Reggae Diving

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. And the hotel is wonderfully situated in town, close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the internet connection is unsteady / unreliable. The drawback to Coron is the limited activities available. If you’re not out on an excursion on the water, there not much to do. Also, the hotel is 25-30 minutes away from the beach.

The room was clean and everything worked. There are lot of stairs and no elevators, so its recommended to not take lots of luggage with you. The internet was a bit slow, for example YouTube videos had to be given a little time to buffer. The hotel owner also had a birthday party one night. The restaurants were closed because two floors were full of party people and I could still hear them drunkenly singing karaoke in to our room after midnight.

Stayed at Coron Bancuang Mansion for 1 week and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and always went above and beyond. Great cocktails and super tasty food. Really recommend the stay here. There is also a pool. The washrooms and room service was perfect and fast.

The hotel is very clean Our room was clean. Bed was just okay. Honeymoon sweet was 60 steps which was not known until we arrived. Cat was in heat and screamed at night which was annoying. Food was terrible. That is why you see no one eating. Transport was convenient. . Itook 1 meal to fiqure it out

This is truly an amazing boutique hotel in Coron. For the value, this place is the best in the entire town. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional, the rooms are large and beds very comfortable, and the restaurant actually has very good food (as well as a bar). There is even a nice little swimming pool located directly in the center of the hotel. The only downside is that for most rooms located on the upper floor, there is no elevator and its stairs only; however the staff is always there to help with luggage. Everything is also quite walkable, as far as Coron town goes, about 10 minutes into town on foot. Definitely will return again when coming back!

We had just completed a four day excursion next in Palawan and chose this property to relax our last night before heading home. We enjoyed everything about this property. The staff were excellent, the place was beautiful, the pool was great, the food was top notch and we had an amazing experience at this property. The hotel is a little outside of the main street of Coron but has a pool which is nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful - a really asset to the hotel. However the room I was put in was a little tired, with signs of a water leak in the corner and despite asking for my room to be cleaned on two different days it wasn’t. Also they make you sign a waiver that they won’t be responsible for your belongings but don’t provide any kind of safe in the room (only at reception) which is unideal.

The breakfast was a bit basic but room nice apart from old Carrier aircon noise. There was a TV problem that the fixed. The pool area was very nice with shade and sun and was quiet and well kept. The building was VERY well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly including competitive tour and taxi to airport bookings.

They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and played a significant role in making our Coron itinerary a success. We had an enjoyable four night stay in the Penthouse Apartment. The apartment was spacious with 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom and a half-bathroom, and an accommodating covered balcony. Our daily hot breakfasts were well prepared, served quickly, and delicious. Daily happy hour at the bar restaurant is a nice touch. The accommodation staff was excellent. We’d like to especially thank Herbert for his service as a porter and an umbrella-provider, JM as the bartender, Ruth for her smiles at breakfast servings, and Chiara at the front desk, who provided excellent area restaurant recommendations for dinner. Well done everyone and we highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Coron.

掃除は丁寧でしたが、部屋に蟻がたくさんいました。田舎なのである程度の虫は仕方ないですが、蟻は気持ち悪かった。あと部屋の中のWi-Fiが使えず、再起動してもらいましたが、ダメでした。フロントでは使用できたので、私の携帯が理由ではないと思います。スタッフの方々は親切丁寧で英語が苦手な私のために翻訳を駆使して説明してくれました。感謝しています。食事は美味しかったです。
