Das Personal war überaus freundlich und es war sehr sauber. Leider liess mich ein Geräusch eines elektrischen Geräts im Zimmer nicht gut schlafen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ich würde sie wieder buchen.

Einfach und gut. Keine physische Reception, aber alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Gute Infos, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Sehr zentral gelegen, daher laut von draussen. Würde ich wieder buchen.

We stayed in 5 hotels this recent trip throughout Madrid, San Sebastián And Mallorca. This is the only one we would not rebook. It is a good location and the check in lady was nice. However, it’s not a hotel- the check in process was difficult and More like an Airbnb where you need to contact someone to let you in but no one answered initially, it was on the wrong floor, the picture shown is of a different building. There are no toiletries other than a tiny tiny bottle of shampoo for 3 days for two people, no conditioner or body wash and not enough shampoo to last more than a shower. The shower was dirty. The room is tiny and the hallways etc smelled. No one changed our towels or made the bed or offered any type of service. Throughout our different travels this is the first negative review we’ve ever left.

Muito bom. Localização maravilhosa, em frente a um mercado onde se compra de tudo, com qualidade impecável, e há lojas de roupas como Zara por exemplo. Da pra fazer todos os pontos da cidade a pé e é a um pulo da praia. No quarto havia um frigobar, roupa de cama muito boa e o chuveiro muito bom também. Bom ar condicionado. Importante: não há recepção, os hóspedes ficam com as chaves para acessar o edifício e os quartos., e não há espaço comum, só o dos quartos uartos mesmo.

Very convenient central location only about 9min walk from bus and train station. Beach close by. There is a lift but it only goes to between floors so you will always need to climb some steps. Reception is on 3rd floor so best to leave luggage on first floor until you know which floor your apartment is. Our apartment did not have the advertised microwave but we were allowed to use the one in the shared kitchen next to our room. The hallway had plenty of supplies of tea, sugar, coffee and biscuits. Staff were very helpful. There are no laundry facilities but there is a laundromat not far away. The beach near by did not seem to have chairs and parasol hire but we later discovered that if you go left along the beach there are pergolas with covers that you can hire.
