Booked king bed, with breakfast, there was no hot water, the bed I got a best was a double, and the place is a complete dump. AVOID

What I did like was many areas nearby where u could go SM mall , mayon volcano etc … what I didn’t like was staff minimal interaction with customers .. very little knowledge of activities nearby … and upper management disconnected with the customer

The hotel was dirty . Very bad odor I cannot take the smell so I left and rebooked to another hotel . I will not recommended this hotel to anyone to stay No hot water run it for 10 min no hot water at all.
