Room is old and outdated. Air conditioning is very loud. Kitchen has roaches and ants. At time of booking, never told us we needed a room door code to get in. Front desk doesn’t have the door codes because flats are individually owned. Pull out sofa bed is horrible! Stayed 4 days, never received clean linen or towels or toilet paper

A localização é excelente. E o pessoal do atendimento é muito simpático. A área da piscina tem uma vista maravilhosa. O flat em que eu fiquei, no entanto, carece de uma boa reforma e de alguns cuidados básicos: o chuveiro quente não funciona; o ar-condicionado tivemos que ligar manualmente porque o controle não estava funcionando e a toalha de rosto estava até rasgada. As paredes estão muito sujas, precisando de pintura. Também não encontrei copos nem xícaras. As cortinas ficam quase caindo e o fogão está todo enferrujado. Eu passei apenas uma noite, mas para quem vai ficar por mais tempo, não recomendo nas condições atuais, pois há opções melhores pelo mesmo preço.

O anúncio tinha que era quarto Premium com varanda para uma rede e não foi isso que encontrei. A varanda não cabia nada. Precisei tirar umas dúvidas com a anfitriã e a mesma não atendeu as ligações, não retornou, nem respondeu nos dois dias que fiquei por lá. A TV não é smart. Não tinha microondas e o ar condicionado estava pingando.
