It is the perfect location for visiting family members stationed at Kadena, Lester, or Foster. Staying in American Village made it convenient, and this property was spotlessly clean. The staff was great and understood the language gap. I ventured outside of American Village North and South, and the neighborhoods were clean and safe. Walking the boardwalk along the coast right from my hotel was also convenient. For the price you still get, the American village stay is located right inside on the edge of the village. There isn't one negative thing about this property. The restaurant on the property is also excellent, but there are probably a hundred places in the village to eat. I stayed on this property for my first four nights as it checked all the boxes I booked another ten nights.

スタッフの対応も良くアメリカンヴィレッジにも近くとても満足でしたコインランドリーと新しく大きくしっかりお洗濯できましたスタッフの説明にもあったのですが、梅雨明けで湿度が高く、常に除湿機を回しているとお部屋は快適でした。夜中、就寝中に貯水タンクが満タンになってしまったので、寝る前に一度水を捨てておくと朝まで快適に過ごせるので良いかと思います

The Cococious Monpa was perfect for what we needed. Staying here is similar to staying in a local apartment. It is conveniently located on the edge of American Village and walkable to restaurants and attractions in both American Village and Sunabe. The rooms are simple, spacious, and very clean. The air conditioning unit works well. The walk-in shower room had excellent water pressure and maintained a nice, hot water temperature. The mattresses were firm but still provided a great night's sleep. The room was insulated well from sound, and we could not here any noise from 58 or from other guests. There is a small kitchenette in the room with a burner unit, sink, and cabinets for storage. However, there was no pot to cook with, which was a bit disappointing. The room also got quite humid. Having lived in Okinawa for years, we are used to dealing with humidity and having to empty dehumidifiers. Unfortunately, even if we emptied the provided dehumidifier before bed, it would fill up and stop running during the night. As a result, we would end up waking up between 4-6am to a hot/humid room and have to empty it to go back to sleep. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay overall and the Cococious Monpa was a good fit for our needs.

2泊させて頂きました。11月って事もあり空いてる様子で、ホテルの周りが無料駐車場早い者勝ちアメリカンビレッジ外で食事に行くにも便利でした。アメリカンビレッジへもマップ通り7分ほど暖かい事もあり遠くもなく近くもなく2度の往復も苦になりませんでした。タオルがフロントでの交換が面倒で交換しませんでしたが、お値段次第ではリピありでした。

Very nice and modern hotel. Extremely clean. Very homy. Lots of places to eat within walkable distance. There is even a free cart shuttle that can take you around the American Village and even to the Aeon supermarket.

las camas estaban sucias, tuve que discutir un poco para que cambiaran las sabanas despues de revisar si era cierto lo que yo decia. La limpieza la hacen hasta el 5o día y no quieren ni cambiar los botes de basura, asi que no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Tiene empleados de la India asi que no esperen la hospitalidad japonesa. Aunque es conveniente la ubicación. Yo no lo recomiendo

My stay was great! The staff was really helpful. The rooms had a scheduled cleaning every few days, but the room was always cleaned properly. I would recommend it for a stay in Okinawa

一泊の利用でした。部屋は清掃が行き届いていて居心地よかったです。しいてあげれば、Wi-Fiの感度がイマイチで使いにくかったこと、チェックアウト時間ぎ10時と早かったこと。立地は北谷のフィッシャリーナ前でレストランも近くて街ブラもし易くて良かったです。

部屋だけでなくバスルームや洗面所も広くてリラックスできました。又、トイレも別だったので助かりました。アメニティも充実していて満足です。タオルの交換はフロントまで行かないといけないけど特に問題無かったです。スタッフも全員明るくて好感もてました。アメリカンビレッジへも徒歩で行けるのでとても便利でした。コンビニがすぐ近くにありますが夜も静かでおすすめです。

部屋は広くて、とてもキレイでした。トイレとお風呂が別々なのも有り難いです。気密性が高いのか？ドアと窓を開けるのが大変です！笑そのおかげで外の音はあまり聞こえなくて静かでした。一つだけ、ウェルカムドリンク？のサービスが月曜火曜がお休みなのと、夕方から夜9時くらいまでしか受け取れないのが残念です。別のサービスのほうが良いのでは？でも次回も泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの方のご厚意で、同行者の誕生日ケーキをご用意いただきました。おかげさまでサプライズも大成功し、今回の旅行がとても大切な思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。また、宿の近くにはハートロックやビーチがあり、徒歩で行ける距離でとても便利でした。特に夕日はとても美しく、忘れられない景色となりました。

It is the perfect location for visiting family members stationed at Kadena, Lester, or Foster. Staying in American Village made it convenient, and this property was spotlessly clean. The staff was great and understood the language gap. I ventured outside of American Village North and South, and the neighborhoods were clean and safe. Walking the boardwalk along the coast right from my hotel was also convenient. For the price you still get, the American village stay is located right inside on the edge of the village. There isn't one negative thing about this property. The restaurant on the property is also excellent, but there are probably a hundred places in the village to eat. I stayed on this property for my first four nights as it checked all the boxes I booked another ten nights.

Very nice and modern hotel. Extremely clean. Very homy. Lots of places to eat within walkable distance. There is even a free cart shuttle that can take you around the American Village and even to the Aeon supermarket.

Very comfortable stay, home away from home. Room was big for my husband and I but might be too small for a family of 4. You can easily walk to a variety of food locations & it’s close to the boardwalk of American Village.

This place is awesome! It was clean and well maintained! Everyone was kind and helpful! They have onsite laundry and it was reasonably priced. There is a full amenities bar with everything from coffee to toothbrushes to razors. Breakfast is extra but it was good and they still served it during the typhoon. They had a couple of American items but there was local food too. I tried a few things I probably would not have ordered on my own. They also have an espresso machine. Just one more additional thing the shampoo and conditioner is sooo good. Definitely going to have to find it for myself.
