For the second time we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Campione. The hotel is fabulous with its boutique style and splendid lake view. We booked the junior suite again which is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views and modern design. Dinner was fantastic too with excellent Italian cuisine and super friendly staff. We also tried the private spa which is rather small but very nice and clean. For sure we will come back to this awesome place.

Campione is located across the lake from Lugano in an Italian enclave that goes back centuries. Quieter and more intimate than Lugano. There is a large and modern Casino located a few hundred meters from the hotel that has entertainment, if that appeals to you. A very caring staff that anticipated every need. Spectacular view of the Lake. A romantic setting, if that is what you want. Great breakfast and a fine dinner restaurant. They were very helpful about making way in front of the hotel for convenient parking of my vehicle.

The staff was awesome.They were very kind & attentive! The actual property has no soul! It function as a resting stop for the casino patrons nearby-modern & clean. Although near a beautiful lake, it doesn’t reflect the charm & warmth of the other villages dotting lake lugano.

Modern design beautiful and spacious room. Welcome drinks and fingerfoods was really delicious. I tried everything on breakfast and everything was really yummy. Coffee also was great, actually the best coffee I had in Italy so far. View of the lake is amazing though .

Be sure to get a lake voew room, they are very nice! We only tried thw reaturaunt once but it was exceptional, some of the best food we ate in Lugano / Como!! Staff were really good also. Highly reccomend the hotel!

A maioria dos colaboradores muito atenciosos e gentis e vale um comentário sobre isso: Queria parabenizar a Francesca pela atenção, gentileza e educação nos recebeu e deu diversas informações e dicas úteis, mas infelizmente o outro recepcionista Ciprian foi extremamente indelicado conosco ao pedirmos uma toalha de banho para levarmos à beach club, disse que nas toalhas não poderiam sair do hotel, simples e seco e não informou que nos beach clubs já eram fornecidas toalhas. Jeito dele foi rude tanto nesse atendimento como no checkout. Ao contrário desse atendimento todos outros colaboradores: Maty, Richard e outra atendente do restaurante (salvo engano da Índia) que esqueci o nome foram super gentis e corteses Hotel sensacional

Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

Be sure to get a lake voew room, they are very nice! We only tried thw reaturaunt once but it was exceptional, some of the best food we ate in Lugano / Como!! Staff were really good also. Highly reccomend the hotel!

Campione is located across the lake from Lugano in an Italian enclave that goes back centuries. Quieter and more intimate than Lugano. There is a large and modern Casino located a few hundred meters from the hotel that has entertainment, if that appeals to you. A very caring staff that anticipated every need. Spectacular view of the Lake. A romantic setting, if that is what you want. Great breakfast and a fine dinner restaurant. They were very helpful about making way in front of the hotel for convenient parking of my vehicle.

The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay however, the carpet in the rooms were old and even had hairs in certain areas. One of our rooms had a used towel from a previous guest I am assuming behind the bathtub. Food was really good too! Please update the carpets in the rooms!!!! 15 minute drive from Lugano central.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were kindly upgraded, which made our visit feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were greeted with complimentary drinks on arrival, and even given drinks to take with us when we left for our journey home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax. We also appreciated the little extras, including robes and slippers in the bathroom, along with complimentary water and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. We especially enjoyed spending an hour at the lido opposite the hotel, which was a great addition to our stay. Overall, everything was wonderful. The attention to detail and excellent service made our anniversary celebration truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, beautiful room with a view of the lake Lugano , breakfast was great, dinner was so spectacular the chef and restaurant should get a Michelin guide toque and at ordinary prices. Will be back. Our go to in Campione. Deserves 7 stars!!!
