Le Casine Firenze

Det var småt men godt. Savnede et sted at kunne sidde indendørs, men alt i alt et fint sted. Der blev hurtigt svaret på spørgsmål og på hjørnet lå den hyggeligste restaurant med god mad og sødt personale.

It's a very old building, it's the neighborhood/expected. They did some updating with tiling the bathroom. Single female traveling alone. I just needed a place close to the train station. I was a late arrival, which is why I chose this place-virtual check in vs front desk with posted hours. I arrived later than I thought (train delay). I was initially very concerned about walking the few blocks alone, in the dark. It took 15 minutes from train to location (5 minutes spent trying to find my way, the way back was 10 mins). There were so many people casually walking their dogs in the park at 11pm, the neighborhood felt very safe. Check in- it took 10 minutes to figure it out. The instructions were slightly incorrect. But the owner was available at the late hour and very helpful in assisting. This place was cheap and last minute. I imagined how magical it would've been for my nieces and nephews when they were young. I would've told them to imagine (exaggerated) 300+ years ago, this is how to get to the high tower! (loft, half steps- 1 bed). We would've made a fort to protect the rest of our home. Bunk beds in the room next to the main bedroom No kitchen. 1 bathroom, 4 beds. Courtyard/deck area Cozy. But you shouldn't be spending your time in the room. You should be spending it in Florence. Please note, there is more than one train station in Florence. If you end up at the wrong one. It's 1-2E and 5 minute ride. Yes, I would stay there again.

Everything about our room (number 1) was fantastic. Great location for the football stadium. Restaurant next door (with Lorenzo) was great. Very friendly.

Super spacious and had everything I needed. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfy but overall a great stay.

The room was nice. It would be great for a family with kids who like a loft. Several restaurants are close to eat. Parking is on the road in the blue area. To get to old town to Florence, this property requires transportation and it is not walkable. The cleaner came early, so be ready by 10 a.m. They came at 9:30 and asked to clean early, but our family was not ready.
