The town is small with limited options so it is no fault to the owner. We loved it, we come from a small town of less than 500. If your in this area your most likely looking for peace and quiet and are already prepared. They have a charcoal grill outside that you can use (you’ll have to get the charcoal), hammocks, and a water spout with a septic dump for campers. Nice cabins and clean, we loved the porch to sit on. We also grabbed coffee in town and their breakfast was good (the place up the road towards Bryce NP).

Only stayed for one day but really enjoyed the experience. Easy check in. I was able to check in early. Staff was friendly. Very comfortable beds. They even had a fire pit with s’mores available in the evening which was nice. Not the closest to Bryce Canyon but also not an unreasonable drive. Would stay here again!

Loved our cabin. Clean, neat and comfortable. Great place to stay that’s a beautiful scenic drive thru Red Rock Canyon to Bryce Canyon . The nightly fire pit and s’mores were a plus!

Needed a place to stay between parks. Slept great and quiet , no smell. Cons. our shower head had to be held by hand , the fixed position was not working. Laundry is not on site, it is down the road about half a mile at a laundromat. Definitely worth the price

Loved having a private cabin. Staff was helpful. No onsite food or even ice machine but a couple places to eat very close and got ice at next door gas station.

Check in was extremely easy. When we arrived and opened our cabin door, it smelled so nice and everything was very clean. We purchased food at the Cafe across the street. Food was decent, at a reasonable price. After dinner, we enjoyed a fire at the communal firepit and kids enjoyed the s'mores that were provided by management. Cabin 15 appears to have the best view!

We stayed in the "studio king suite" room. The room had a horrible smell for the 2 nights we stayed. When we checked in, we were told the smell was related to something the previous guests had cooked in the kitchen. This smell was in ALL of the rooms and I suspect it was from an animal that had died in either the attic or under the building. We bought candles and Lysol but the odor remained. The building needs to be professionally cleaned to remove the odor. Until then I would not recommend that ANYONE stay in that room.

This was a stop for us to sleep in between towns. You can park right up by your cabin door which is great. There is no coffee pot. They give u vouchers for coffee across the street but that doesnt open until 7am. Bathroom and bed were very clean but everything was really dusty. Overall it was cute and served its purpose. Theres a restaurant right next door u can walk to.

This cabin was so nice! It was perfectly clean and everything seemed new. The shower was beautiful and the rain shower head was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again...a great little gem in this quaint little town!

Wir hatten das erste Mal eine Cabin gebucht. Der Vorteil der Cabin ist, dass man keine Zimmernachbarn hört. Allerdings ist die Cabin auch etwas kleiner als ein übliches Zimmer in einem Hotel oder Motel. War eine schöne Erfahrung, aber wir legen doch etwas mehr Wert auf Raum. Die Cabin selbst war wirklich ordentlich.

When you walk in the room looks really nice. The problem is that we ran out of hot water after one person, showered. The bed was very squeaky as you rolled over. It made a lot of noise.

Very clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Good location to get to Bryce Canyon. There is a restaurant and cafe in the town itself which are good. Nice campfire in the evening. My house was away from the road and I didn't hear it. However, I would have liked normal free TV in addition to the Apple TV.

This is a fantastic place. The rooms were really as nice as any hotel let's stay at on this trip. Check in with super easy they texted me my room was ready and the key was inside. Internet wasn't fantastic, but considering the remoteness of the location, it was really pretty good. Obviously these folks care about their guests. Nice place would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay for an affordable price. Comfy bed and parking right in front of your cabin. Only things to note is the A/C was noisy so if you're a light sleeper maybe consider that, also everything in town is only open 9-5 it seems so make sure you way beforehand if you're coming late. Otherwise check in was easy- loved this property would stay again!

The property is out of no where. Cabins are nice. But WiFi is horrible and when you call for fix they blame your devices. That is (Not) how you do it. Door lock would not lock. One had to force it. Easy fix but why it is not fixed. Poor service that works 2pm to 9pm. You can’t check before 4pm. Although rooms are cleaned early morning and checkout is 10 or 11. One or two not great dinner options. Very very very small town.

So on our way to the hotel we called to check in to tell them we will be arriving late. during the call our phones got disconnected. We immediately received a call back only to be accused of fraud. (??)Because our call was disconnected, yet he thought we hung up on him. Theyre in the middle of nowhere. Communicating with this office was a joke. The after hour phone line only sent us in circles. Tyler was short with me. Maybe he just had a crappy day. But I tell you, it didnt make me feel all warm and welcome after that conversation happened. My husband and I felt super confused and gratefully didnt communicate with the front office after that experience. Tylers cold tone and accusatory behavior to a complete stranger left me confused and wished I could have canceled the reservation. AS for the room itself, we were in room 6 and it was not a cabin as advertised, YET, it was spacious, very clean and didnt have a smell. I liked the way they had notes everywhere. And they left us alone while we were there. If you stay for more than one night, dont expect cleaning services until the 3rd day. The commicuation with people in the office was the only thing that didnt run smoothly.

This was such a wonderfully cute place to stay on our weeks-long trip through Utah. From the moment we checked in, it was a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was one of the most pleasant and friendly that I’ve dealt with in a long time. She was helpful with dinner suggestions and general info about the town and the rooms. She also had everything ready to go in our room, like a turndown service almost. The standalone cabin was super clean and easily accessible. There were plenty of toiletries available in the room, if needed. The towels, bed and linens were top notch. There were also some nice chairs on the porch of the cabin to sit outside, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The best part of the place was the fire pit and chair area, with s’mores for you to make. This was an overall great experience! Make sure you arrive before the town shuts down around 9 PM, though. It’s one of the things that makes it that much more of a perfect place.

We were an hour early at checkin and the staff were very kind and considerate. They found our cabins and let us get in so we could rest after a long day in the park.We are very pleased with the service.

I was extremely surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the inside of the cabin. It felt like a small suite, with eating area, large fridge, sitting area, luggage area and quality bathroom. 100% would recommend. The town is not much but the location is very convenient to the Parks.

Property is nice and clean, unit was very clean. Self checkin, so I never met anyone who works here so I have no idea how to rate the staff. The self checkin was a breeze. The area around the property has seem better days, you have very limited dining options, breakfast is on your own, but there is a pretty good coffee shop just across the street with a few breakfast items. The inn nightly price was reasonable, and great for a night or two to enjoy Bryce.

Cute cabin on the outskirts of Bryce, would definitely recommend it! It's about a 35 min drive to Bryce Canyon so you'll need to plan for that but was a perfect spot for me and my wife.

Nice little cabin. About 20 minutes away from Bryce. We loved having a place to ourselves. Quiet area even though it was off the main road. Once the door was shut we couldn’t hear any road noise. Nice to have a gas station next door to fill up and grab snacks.

The property is very well maintained and the cabins are practically brand new. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is bright and spacious. You can park right in front of the cabin. Communication with the staff was exceptional. Although we arrived pretty late in the evening eveything was taken care of and we could enter our cabin right away. Hatch is a super small town. Therefore the few dining and breakfast options were such a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend the property to anyone!

Cabins are very comfortable and cozy. Nice hot shower and comfortable beds. We left an item behind and the manager Tyler was nice enough to call us before we had left Bryce Nat'l Park and we could swing by and pick it up. Not a ton of eating options (two) but a great coffee shop nearby (Sevier Coffee) for breakfast and a pretty easy ride to Bryce. Good value for the money given the nice accomodations.

Really nice room, they also have cabins. Had an evening fire pit, smelled so good. People were friendly, room was immaculate and very comfortable. Several options for dinner in the area though it was a very small town. Definitely recommend.

Clean , comfortable and central to going to National parks like Bryce and Zion and Capital Reef- very small town but had the best hamburger at Red Dirt Diner - definitely recommend for dinner. Plenty of shopping at Bryce Canyon city about 30 min away

Enjoyed our stay, location is close to Bryce Canyon. Very limited restaurant and food options nearby. Really wish there was a coffee pot in the room, they give you complimentary coffee but you have to drive down the street to get it.

We ran out of soap in the shower. The wifi was pretty weak. There was no room for a chair in the room. The shower leaked on to the floor. The staff attempted to make it better by supplying a chair and gave us extra towels to mop up the floor. As it was a handicap accessible shower, it was hard to keep the water contained in the shower. They were very attentive to our complaints, but could only do so much due to the configuration of the room. Perhaps the non handicap rooms are better. We did not request a handicap room. The location was convenient to the national park (about 35 minutes away) and probably cheaper than the hotels right near the park entrance.
