The room was not clean. The hotel voltage is 220v and no converters available. Breakfast is mediocre and little options.

Amazing hotel! Just missing a private pool, other than that service, cleanness, atmosphere, the bar, the restaurant, all wonderful! My favorite employee not questioned was Helder, what a great bartender, hard worker, he deserves a raise :) Also the Manager Rogerio, so professional and courteous, really nice. The front desk people always smiling happy to help, Julia was so nice and helpful. Room always clean and comfy. Perfect location inside the mall, the best mall in São josé dos campos. I could go on and on talking good things about this hotel. The only thing I missed was a pool, on the rooftop would make absolutely perfect, but I will go back, if I don't stay there I will go to the bar to hangout with the best bartender Helder, Amir was pretty good too! Muito obrigada por tudo! Vcs são the best! Love, Nidia

This is a great hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. The hotel is conveniently located right besides a shopping mall and give you access to a very good gym.

First bottle of water is free. Location is very convenient right next to the a mall. 30 yards walking to the entrance,. Breakfast buffet is good with good espresso machines. Eggs made to order. Nice and helpful staff Room are good but it is showing its age. Bed and lines are very good.
