Große neue Villa in Sainte Maxime mit Pool - Golf von Saint Tropez

Patrick der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Haus haben wir wie beschriebrn und bewertet vorgefunden! Es hatte für uns die perfekte Lage und Grösse. Einziger Minuspunkt es war für uns nicht ganz klar, dass beim Umschwung kein Rasen vorhanden ist. Da wir Kinder von 2-15Jahren dabei hatten, hat dies ein wenig gefehlt. Ansonsten war für uns alles sehr stimmig.

Das Haus hat uns allen Spaß gemacht. Gemeinsames Essen, Billard spielen und Baden im Pool, aber auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. So war für jede Altersstufe etwas dabei.

Excellent contact avec le gérant (Valentin) toujours disponible et serviable.Concernant la maison,2 bémols sans grande gravité: 1) 2 chambres sont communicantes, et il faut passer par l’une pour accéder à l’autre. Ceci n’était pas apparent dans la description sur le site Abritel. 2) La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont dans la salle de bain contiguë à une chambre, donc à n’utiliser qu’en dehors des heures de sommeil (nuit ou sieste).

We strongly urge people to stay away from this property. We stayed there in July 2025 and it was a huge disappointment. After stayin there a few days we saw RATS around the house. For that reason we left early. The owner was notified and he promised to act but 4 days later we hadn‘t seen any action and the rats were still around so we left and went to a hotel.The overall condition of the house is poor. The house is advertized as „Recent 4 star Villa“. It is not recent and it is far from being a 4 star property. Furnitures are old and dirty, beds are very simple and some in bad condition, bathrooms are old and worn.The house was extremly dirty. The cutleries were not clean and the drawers hadn‘t been cleaned for months and had dust, human hairs and food stains.The sofas and chairs are very dirty and worn. The floor seemed to have been cleaned only in the Kitchen, baths and walking areas. We bought cleaning supplies and washed the floor. We had to switch water 6 times while washing those ca 150 sqm. Th mop after was black from dirt as you can see.The outdoor area had lots of leaves and tree branches all over. And weed around the pool and the house and in the balconies. The amount of dirt was amazing.The property is described as having 6 bedrooms. But it never discloses that one of those rooms is only accessable via another roomSo if you are considering renting this place, give it a good thought. We will stay far away from this owner and his properties

Un séjour entre amis grâce aux nombreuses chambres et salles de bain. Nous avons apprécié le cadre avec la piscine, la vue et les équipements tels que le billard ou le baby. L'accueil était parfait. Bref, des vacances réussies !
