The room was fine. The pool was cold and our room was on the second floor. I have trouble with depth perception so stairs are not my friend. Distance to the ocean is great. Parking was strange and our space was difficult to get to. All in all it was fine.

Parking was tight.but the website did warn about that. Not bad if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night.Rooms were clean but very outdated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Older establishment. Stairs no elevator for 2nd floor. It was clean, comfortable though. No microwave and no breakfast. call property directly for booking if arriving late because the office closed at 5 pm (expedia does not clarify this) and we did not get there until later. we were able to call the number and they came immediately to get us checked in. Not sure if these office hours were for the time of year (we were there in early October)

This motel was perfect for my trip. It's across the street from beach in a spot where the beach wasn't too crowded. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of Old Orchard Beach. The property was clean and quiet. The kitchenette meant I could save money. There is a pool and hot tub to relax in. My only complaint was that one of the beds was hilariously squeaky. It's not a fancy motel but I didn't care. It was clean, quiet, had good water pressure and was incredibly close to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our first time staying here and we both enjoyed it very much. It was very nice to have a ground floor room. We used the jacuzzi tub in the room which was something neither of us have had at a hotel before. Check in and out was very easy and straight forward with the staff being very friendly and communication was great.

Staff was friendly, property was a block from the ocean, parking on-site. You can tell updates are in the works but the mattresses had to be from the late 80s. The ac didn’t work the first night and the office closes so we couldn’t report it until the next morning. They said they’d take care of it but when we returned it was still stuffy and mold smelling in the room. We ended up buying a fan. The following evening a new ac had been installed. We had to buy toilet paper because the only time anyone checked on us is the day the ac was installed. There is parking onsite but it is so tight in the lot it was stressful to pull in and out. It was a quick trip at the last minute so we knew what we were paying for when we booked. Amenities around are great, lots to do, lots to do. Be prepared for noise because of the area the property is in. Oh, and the train that goes by the property a few times a day does shake the floors!

You cannot beat the location, simply park & then walk to the beach or pier, perfect! Front desk went out of their way to offer early check-in to accomodate us. Nice pool on property. A larger group staying there had fun partying but we enjoyed the atmosphere. Clean towels delivered each day and although pretty basic, the room met our needs & we had everything we needed. AC was perfect. We recommend this motel for an OOB stay.

The room didn’t meet our standards,so I cleaned it myself. The staff at the office were very friendly and polite and was willing to send housekeeping back and re-clean the room, but I declined.

It was great to be close enough to be able to walk to the amusement park, shops and the room we got was very spacious—it was basically a two bedroom apartment. The parking was atrocious. My husband has a truck and he would have to pull out of the spot for us to be able to get in. The bathroom was pretty gross and didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well—there was feces on the door around the door knob. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not a place that we would return to.

The check in gentleman was very nice, however the room was filthy. The mattress are disgusting full of stains look 100 years old. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and there appeared to be feces or something in the wall. This seems to be a party spot. This was the worst place I ever stayed. I wanted to sleep in my car as opposed to the bed there. Check your mattress if you stay here. Wish I could share pics of it here.

I am significantly plussed with the property. My biggest concern or criticism is cleanliness. The floor, bathroom wall and overall smell of the room. It looks like there are things being updated but to feel that your sheets and bed are of the utmost cleanliness is important. I felt a bit uneasy about that. If you are on the first floor- you will def hear the people upstairs walking around.

Room was clean, pool was clean and nice. pillows and sheets not the best. Our room was very dark with no sunlight. Only a 2 day get away and we did enjoy our stay. 7 minute walk to the center of town made it nice! Approximately 100 steps to the our best beach, even better! Fireworks every Thursday on the beautiful beach.

This is a run down motel that houses transients. Inflated pricing around 4th of July because of beach location. They will not allow you to cancel your stay or offer refunds. We stayed For 3 hours before leaving and got Zero refund. There is also a train that runs by the property and shakes the whole building. Dirty sheets and old squeaky bed. People were outside Of our room partying. The front desk was rude and would not let us leave. Cost me 1,400 dollars. Nightmare experience.

This motel was perfect for my trip. It's across the street from beach in a spot where the beach wasn't too crowded. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of Old Orchard Beach. The property was clean and quiet. The kitchenette meant I could save money. There is a pool and hot tub to relax in. My only complaint was that one of the beds was hilariously squeaky. It's not a fancy motel but I didn't care. It was clean, quiet, had good water pressure and was incredibly close to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

You cannot beat the location, simply park & then walk to the beach or pier, perfect! Front desk went out of their way to offer early check-in to accomodate us. Nice pool on property. A larger group staying there had fun partying but we enjoyed the atmosphere. Clean towels delivered each day and although pretty basic, the room met our needs & we had everything we needed. AC was perfect. We recommend this motel for an OOB stay.

Room was clean, pool was clean and nice. pillows and sheets not the best. Our room was very dark with no sunlight. Only a 2 day get away and we did enjoy our stay. 7 minute walk to the center of town made it nice! Approximately 100 steps to the our best beach, even better! Fireworks every Thursday on the beautiful beach.

Older establishment. Stairs no elevator for 2nd floor. It was clean, comfortable though. No microwave and no breakfast. call property directly for booking if arriving late because the office closed at 5 pm (expedia does not clarify this) and we did not get there until later. we were able to call the number and they came immediately to get us checked in. Not sure if these office hours were for the time of year (we were there in early October)

We checked in and noticed right away that the comforter on one of the beds had stains on it. The beds were not very comfortable and sheets didn’t stay on bed from being worn out. My daughter rented a room and was like 4 rooms away and we saw a cockroach on balcony in front of her room. The next day as we were getting ready to check out she saw a cockroach in her room! We talked to check in clerk and the manager was supposed to call us and never did!

This hotel is perfectly located (the beach is right across the street), but needs a BIG refresh. We understand that this is an old building, but how hard is it to clean the floor and the walls once a week? Our feet were black because the floor was so dirty. The little kitchen in the bedroom is appreciated, but it took more than 30 minutes to get some water boiling. Beds were clean, but were extremely noisy (made big cracking noises every time we moved). The pool is nice. Way overpriced for the service provided.

Such a great experience for my family and I! The staff were phenomenal and we had such a blast in the pool and hot tub! We also shared so many laughs and memories in our room during the morning rain! The walking distance to the pier made this the best experience I’ve had so far in OOB. Can’t wait to stay again!!!!!

Parking is tight. It's old. I actually enjoy the train going by at night. It's got some wear and tear, scuffs, dings, and age related stains. It's all reasonable and exactly what is advertised. Very nice people. Great place. Would stay again anytime.
