Good points: location, nice staff, AC, fridge , microwave and our room, # 4, was on the main floor and had a heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the bathroom as well as a stand up shower. Bad points: bed wasn't comfortable, floors could have been cleaner, toilet was very low to the floor. The hot tub next to the sauna looked very dirty. I didn't dare go in it. Parking was a little tight. It should have been nicer for $674 for 2 nights, in my opinion.

During our four-day stay, we were asked to change parking spots four different times, which was extremely inconvenient. The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and was so loud that it was practically impossible to use. The doors did not close properly, and the equipment and supplies provided in the kitchenette were completely inadequate and in poor condition. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay. The motel staff repeatedly changed our assigned parking spot throughout our stay, which made parking extremely frustrating and inconvenient. They clearly did not handle the situation with diligence and did not seem concerned about providing us with adequate service or resolving the issues we experienced.

We checked in and noticed right away that the comforter on one of the beds had stains on it. The beds were not very comfortable and sheets didn’t stay on bed from being worn out. My daughter rented a room and was like 4 rooms away and we saw a cockroach on balcony in front of her room. The next day as we were getting ready to check out she saw a cockroach in her room! We talked to check in clerk and the manager was supposed to call us and never did!

This hotel is perfectly located (the beach is right across the street), but needs a BIG refresh. We understand that this is an old building, but how hard is it to clean the floor and the walls once a week? Our feet were black because the floor was so dirty. The little kitchen in the bedroom is appreciated, but it took more than 30 minutes to get some water boiling. Beds were clean, but were extremely noisy (made big cracking noises every time we moved). The pool is nice. Way overpriced for the service provided.
