We loved how spread out and quiet it was. It was a nice tidy room and the lady at reception was lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant wasnt open on the night we stayed, so we didnt get a chance to try the food but we would definitely stay again.

Reception was closed at 5:45pm despite advertising office hours were until 6:00pm. A girl eventually came and opened the door. She was rude and implied I should have a code. I explained I had not recieved any text regarding a code. After checking in the office she said there was a mix up and handed me a key. Unit 23 - everything smelt like cigarette smoke. The walls, the front entrance to room, the beds and the curtains There were small cockroaches on the study desk and on the kitchenette benches and walls. The pool did not look inviting at all. Bit drab and run down and dirty marks on the sides where water level sits. Unit 25 was open and looked abandoned and a mess when we arrived. Made me suspicious of staying at this motel to begin with. Not familiar with Chinchilla and surrounding areas, this did not set a good intro to the town.

We’re a family of 5. The kids could go outside and play, kick a ball or have a swim. The room was large enough to accommodate 4 beds with ample room to move around. The kitchenette was sufficient for us to make toast for breakfast saving us on restaurant bills. We would happily return here on our next visit to Chinchilla.

The room was good and clean but the driveway needs some serious attention, stepping out of the car and there are only puddles of water one steps in. pod holes all over the place. I suggest the driveway gets fixed.

We loved how spread out and quiet it was. It was a nice tidy room and the lady at reception was lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant wasnt open on the night we stayed, so we didnt get a chance to try the food but we would definitely stay again.

We’re a family of 5. The kids could go outside and play, kick a ball or have a swim. The room was large enough to accommodate 4 beds with ample room to move around. The kitchenette was sufficient for us to make toast for breakfast saving us on restaurant bills. We would happily return here on our next visit to Chinchilla.

When we arrived the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, cushions had marks all over them, there was food under one of the beds and there was only 1 towel when there were 5 of us booked in, not enough crockery and cutlery for 5 and nothing to use for cleaning used items. When speaking to the staff we were instantly supplied with towels and food from under the bed was removed. They promised to vacuum the room, but never did. They informed me that they had a carpet cleaner coming in the day after we were to leave. The carpet was covered in marks, some looking very suspicious. The room in general was run down, towel rails had not been replaced, power switches had been pulled out of wall and not fixed. The bedding was clean and had obviously been replaced and maintained. The rest of the property looked run down and not maintained.

When I arrived, there were visible stains on the floor and a large, unpleasant stain on the wall that appeared to be urine. It created an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment, which was really disappointing. I also noticed that the grass along the side of the driveway was poorly maintained. It looked overgrown and untidy, which affected the overall appearance of the property. Regular mowing and upkeep would make a big difference. I’m requesting that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure the space meets basic cleanliness and presentation standards.
