ClinkNOORD Hostel

Clean hostel with normal amenities, but it was very expensive compared to other hostels I’ve been to. Yes, Amsterdam is generally more expensive, but for the price I’d expect better. One example: in the dorms, beds do not even have privacy curtains nor a headboard and you have to pay extra for a bottom bunk.

Staff was helpful. Small, no amenities but it is a hostel. Good location for train passengers.

Quarto limpo, boa quantidade de tomadas, banheiro espaçoso. O chuveiro molha bastante o banheiro, pois a posição é fixa e o box não vai até o chão e só fecha metade do espaço. Equipe atenciosa e ótima localização

Kanalın karşı tarafında olmasına rağmen hiç zorluk yaşamadık sürekli ücretsiz feribot var. Tren istasyonuna oldukça yakındı. Otelin temizliği idare ederdi odaları küçük ama yeterliydi. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi memnun kaldık.

The Wi-Fi was very unstable and unreliable. I stayed in a private room with a bathroom, which was extremely stuffy. The window wouldn't open, there was no air conditioning, and the ventilation system didn't work properly (it seems like it doesn't work at all). I mentioned this to someone at reception, who said the ventilation system would work "gradually"... it didn't during the three days I was there. I tried to get a bucket of ice, but the bartender wanted to know what I needed ice for... I went to the supermarket to buy some. In short: very poor accommodation, very expensive for what it offers, and where people treat you with a kindergarten vibe.
