Pleasant and comfortable and well located Courteous and efficient staff Only things is facilities are minimal , no fitness centre etc , considering the price But overall a nice stay and I would surely stay here again in future visits

The swimming pool is not usable because of loud noises from large airconditions on the rooftop. The bed was dirty, the sheet had not been changed. Complained and got moved to another room with broken air condition and a very loud noise from somewhere else as well. The beds are small, perhaps 175 cm. Way to small for everyone in the family. Small lobby and not much of activity in the hotel.

The room was perfect, especially the airconditioning. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean and tidy. Reception was also very nice. If any comment : The pool was very nice, but all the airconditioning units were on the roof, making a lot of noise in the pool area. So much you could hardly hear the other person speak. Thst was a little dissipointing.

Great location close to Orchard Road, shops, food and transport. Our room was dated and a little run down. Had to call maintenance to fix the drain in the shower and leaking toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely cleaning staff. Water filer and heater was a nice touch. Nice view. Loved the super cold air con and having a fridge was appreciated.

This hotel is ideally located just behind ritzy Orchard Rd and the location is fantastic. For its price, the amenities were adequate but the management is clearly scrimping on staff. There was a bottleneck during check-in where I had to wait for 20 mins or more. This has never happen to me in the 30 plus other hotels I have stayed in Singapore. Since the hotel does not allow early check-in, the bottle-neck occurred when a mass of new patrons all attempted to check-in between 2.30 and 3.30 pm. This problem was compounded by the fact that there only two check-in staff when there should be twice that number. This is an old four stars hotel but the service (through no fault of the staff but management) is closer to two stars.

Its on Orchard Road is the only best option of the hotel's excellent location, apart from that hotel is old, utilities are not in good condition, bathroom door is not properly working, water dispenser not working.. working girls around the area use hotel toilet in reception area & v.dirty usage. At least the beds are clean & l give credit to housekeeping for that.

The two people I dealt with at check in were lovely but, I checked in, went out, had to re check in because they lost it. Elevator very rough, scared it would stop with me in it. Pool!! OMG!! Not relaxing at all. The air conditioning motors for every room on that side were four feet from the pool the entire length of it and so incredibly noisy I put my headphones on full and could still hear them. The rooms are not noise proof and the people of a certain nationality have no respect for anyone in the middle of the night. Also, pretty sure it’s in the “RED LIGHT DISTRICT” which they could have mentioned on the website. No wifi at the pool. Not that you’d hear anything as the aircon motors for all the rooms in that side are literally next to the pool. So noisy . Not relaxing at all. Tv won’t work properly, can get the few Chanel’s that are live and even then it’s only The News from Asian or American countries. Bath is tiny and hard to get in and out of unless fit. Very slippery. Almost slipped over. Who uses a bath when you’re away anyway. Shower is easier. Air-conditioner is good Hot water for the tea coffee is lukewarm. They spent good money on a hot water unit instead of electric jug and it doesn’t even work.

Overall good value for money. The curtains had a hook off so that they didn’t close properly, and the water dispenser didn’t work properly.

The toilet bit smelly and stinky even after room cleaning. The lady houseckeeoing some friendy wil greet but some not😅

No toilet paper on arrival. Reception toilets were very dirty. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. Glad we never stayed any more nights. Would have asked for a refund. 😖

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we stepped into the room, it was obvious how outdated everything was. The furnitures were dusty, and the whole place felt neglected. For a room booked for three people, they provided only two towels. When I called to request an additional towel, the lady on the phone rudely told me, “We only provide two.” After I reminded her that three of us checked in, she very reluctantly said she would give one but made it clear they “don’t normally do it.” The tone alone was enough to make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It only got worse. When I checked the pillows, they smelled bad—definitely not washed or fresh. I asked reception for clean ones, and after some time a lady brought two replacements. When we tried returning the smelly pillows, she even asked, “You can’t use these pillows ah?” I told her plainly that they didn’t smell clean. She then said, “Go ahead, check this one,” referring to the new pillows, as if we were being difficult for expecting basic hygiene. Our first night was unbearable. The air-conditioning barely worked and the room stayed uncomfortably hot. On top of that, my husband and I kept waking up because our bodies were itchy from the sheets. It was impossible to rest. We had paid for three nights, but the conditions were so bad, unclean, and uncomfortable that we ended up booking another hotel just to escape this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! $450 per night for a disgusting, filthy room with soiled sheets with obvious stains from previous guests and mould growing on ceiling, window frames and walls. The window was painted shut so not ventilation either. We complained to management immediately on arrival in our room and they just shrugged their shoulders. Didn't even offer to change the sheets! Our very young baby became sick over night with trouble breathing so the next morning we asked for a refund of the second might so we could leave. Management refused and told us we could leave a bad review. Absolutely no care at all and no empathy. Hotels.com were also very disappointing. Promised to help with a refund due to misinformation and misleading photos but then said 'the hotel refused so there is nothing we can do'.

Bed are small and hard. I am not that tall 178cm and my feet was outside the bed. There are 2 small pillow that are hard.

Dated property ; Cleaning should be improved. Location good near commercial area and underground transportation.

방은 싱가폴 호텔치고는 넓습니다. 조식은 별로입니다. 전반적으로 약간 낡은감은 있습니다.

방음이 잘 되지않으며 객실복도에서 사람이 떠들면 방에서 다들림. 정도가 잠을 깰정도임. 그리고 방에 의자가 서류업무를 하기에는 불편함

Overall ok just need some maintenance for Room 816 maintenance list: - aircond is not cold eventhough adjusted to 16 and high - shower head is tilted, doesnt straighten up - light bulbs above bed needs fixing. 1 of it flashes throughout the night when the switch is off Room 818 - shower head is tilted, doesnt straighten up - no shower curtain so water splashed out wet - light bulb above bed and above TV needs fixing due to keep flashing when turn on

It was an ordinary stay. Service was slow especially at check-in.. short of staff when I arrived.. later ok.. Room is fairly clean n comfy..

The staff is very courteous and the check in is fast. The only thing that i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioning is not cold enough. Singapore is a very hot country and AC must be cold enough. Location is great which is close to Plaza Singapore where you can go for shopping and enjoy lots of food.

Property is well situated, clean and close to public transportation and some shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and bed was comfotable. The check-in staff and the cleaning maid were very kind and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant in the morning was a bit loud and chaotic. The layout and the queues for the breakfast food has room for improvement. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others as a a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

We booked this room before leaving the airport When we arrived they said they had no booking even though we had the confirmation from wotif. The hotel would not check us in … after 2 hours they said they would check us in if we sign a piece of paper saying that if the confirmation didn’t go through we would pay x amount … $55 more then wotif. It was 11:30 at night by now and we had been flying 9 hours before so we agreed Management said for our inconvenience they would give us free breakfast .. thank you we said…The luggage trolly had our luggage on it in the foyer but the luggage guy would not take it to the room for us … he said we could take the Tilly with us but needed to bring it back down once we were done … we did not take it back down …. we went to our room and contacted Wotif … Wotif did all they could and finally rang the hotel and sorted it all out … it was 1am by this stage …. The hostel then rings our room and said yes we got your confirmation so now the complimentary breakfast was cancelled …..We couldn’t believe it ! The room was very tacky bed was hard tv didn’t work no complimentary water and you had to step up and over a large bath to get into the shower that had a nozzle you had to hold as it would not stay in the holder and there was mild in the shower. in the morning we found an envelope under the door saying that a complimentary breakfast was now available to us again …. We could not get out of this hotel quick enough ….

サマセット駅とドビーゴート駅の両方が使える距離にあって、オーチャードに行くのも市内にも行きやすかった。ホテルはキレイで、スタッフも優しかった。値段も安かったし、高級感のあるホテルでは無いが、コスパはいいと思う

The staff is very courteous and the check in is fast. The only thing that i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioning is not cold enough. Singapore is a very hot country and AC must be cold enough. Location is great which is close to Plaza Singapore where you can go for shopping and enjoy lots of food.

An easy walk to the Orchard Road shopping malls with a huge variety of stores.

充分な環境でした。朝食の種類がやや少なめでした。

Pity that the restaurant was closed durung our stay. Bar opened at 3pm.

Staff good, room clean, breakfast fantastic

The property is nothing fancy. The room was ordinary. Only gave us 2 creamers and 2 tea bags in the room which is not enough for people like us who want hot drinks in the afternoon, evening and breakfast time. There is no nice lounge to relax in. No breakfast is provided.

掃除係の方に急かされるのと、朝食にちょっと不満ありましたが、 景色もアクセスも良く綺麗なホテルでした。

Posizione comoda, pulita, da ristrutturare nel complesso, colazione non internazionale ma per gente del posto. Nel complesso comunque buona.
