I stay at this property often this time was a massive disappointment and will be a determination of the future. I sadly had to be taken to hospital for a possible stroke. The front desk attendant who is fairly new was aware as my colleague advised. When they were enroute to come get me - they asked why my card wasn’t working to my room which they had to get my medication and water bottle. They were told an upgrade was happening. They said they need it able to be opened upon our return. I came back out the hospital, having found out I had a heart attack a few weeks back and being sent to a neurologist and had a condition where a vital nutrient was seriously low. I was not the greatest coming back and wanted to sleep and needed my medications. The attendant who was at the desk was not pleasant, she lacked the ability to be courteous or even care. The individuals doing the update when I said I needed my medication and room and while we pay for a room being locked out is an inconvenience that shouldn’t be happening. He made a fuss and was ignorant and reprogrammed the card. While the attendant continued being sour faced and rude. The assistant to the upgrade team made the ignorant comments about my attitude and other distasteful words, I left a message on the managers voicemail advising I got out of the hospital. There was zero care. If you look at how often I’m there this is deeply disappointing as somewhere I choose continuously, and poor professionalism. Plugs didn’t work

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Didn’t get to use the amenities because of our short stay but the property and rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful. And we LOVED that it is a pet friendly hotel and really enjoyed getting to play with their hotel dog.

The door to our premium room was bent on hinges leaving it misalign and unable to open/close without great effort and a loud screeching noise that echoed down the hallway. It also meant the bolt lock would not slide and close, leaving our security in the room in question. Further, having specifically reserved a jacuzzi room, we were specifically advised on check-in that we had one only to later learned that not only did the jacuzzi function not work, the locked water valves to the tub were shut off leaving the tub entirely unusable. Finally, music in different rooms and on different floors plus car alarms could be heard most of the night including between 2am and 6am. Our poorest hotel experience in decades...
