Our stay at Hume Serviced Apartments was “fine” - no more and no less. The location is walkable which is good. Street parking is tricky if you have a vehicle. The apartment had an odour which only dissipated if the A/C was run continuously or the windows were left open. The cooktop and cookware is okay for very simple food prep but it is challenging to cook properly. We had very noisy neighbors. For the price, we were satisfied as we wanted to stay in the CBD, but I don’t think we would stay again.

Location is perfect and the apartment was clean. The communication was great. We were grateful to be able to check in earlier as it was a 40C day. However we never got an onsite parking spot which was quite limited. We had to park on the street or nearby parking area. We had to ask for a remote control for the air-conditioning from the reception as it was missing from the apartment. The washing machine was broken and only when we reported it we were allowed to use the one in unoccupied apartment. With those conditions, it's not a very pleasant experience of staying at an serviced apartment especially when we were with a child. I would recommend the property owner to do a regular check and maintenance.

A comfortable apartment with all the necessities for an extended stay. There are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as a small supermarket. Underground parking can be booked in an adjacent building at additional cost $25 per night. Moving luggage from car park required some effort.

Location was great, however the receptionist wasn’t very informative. Asked if hotel guests were allowed to park in the permit area, and we weren’t! Got a parking fine because of it!

Was emailed to sort out check-in arrangements in advance, which gave us peace of mind, especially driving from Melbourne. Apartment was ideal for us, and had all the amenities we needed. Also very kindly refunded parking for two nights after we no longer needed it, so that was greatly appreciated.

Hi , our unit was on the first floor so no views like in the advertisement which was a little disappointing. I think you'd have to be on third floor or above for the views. Parking in carpark is extra at $25 a day I think it was. No parking on street as really it is a laneway. Unit was nice, modern, beds were comfortable but the unit lacked warmth or appeal. No Netflix etc. Kitchen had only a 2 hotplate and microwave but was very poorly stocked with NO microwave or plastic dishes and no saucepans, Just one frypan. You are however walking distance to some restaurants.

Nice area of the city and easy to get round . Good communication from staff before we arrived . Apartment is nice but need updating all fiixtures and decor tired needs painting and good clean in bathroom area . When we came out of lift there was a rug on floor that stinks this needs a good clean or replacing . Could be really nice but it need attention . Staff was ok but not realky interested in you .

This is a large apartment with good views and is conveniently situated, close to the free bus stops and within walking distance of Adelaide centre. There are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Our apartment(602) did have some problems however and although we reported them none had been resolved by the end of our 4 night stay. We also think that the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. On arrival I couldn't switch the air conditioning on as the remote control did not work. I got it going by using the batteries from the TV remote. The clock on the kitchen wall had stopped(I got that working as well) and the picture above the TV was very lopsided. This gave the impression that things had not been checked prior to our arrival. We were required to report any problems so we reportred the remote control batteries, one of the extractor lights wasn't working,there was a dustpan but no brush and the balcony table only had one chair and not two. None of these problems were addressed during our stay. While we were out on day 2 the painting over the bed dropped off the wall onto where we would have been sleeping. It was heavy and could have really hurt one of us if it had happened during the night. I put the painting by the side of the bed and reported it. Nothing was done. The top of the fridge was dirty with a layer of dust on top of the dirtand the shower walls were in need of a good clean. Sorting these issues would make the apartment much better.

Good for a family trip. Simple rooms, clean, close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. The toilet has no ventilation and can smell after a couple of nights. The shower leaks and the whole bathroom gets wet.

Large, modern apt, close to everything including free bus. Walking distance to all attractions, and pubs, restaurants, supermarket. Nice reception staff. Great value for money, paid the same for much worse accom on my trip around S.A. Would recommend.

Had a great stay! Apartment was big, incredibly comfy beds and a nice sized balcony to enjoy a morning cup of tea. The only thing is the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor but apart from this, it was perfect.

Found the male staff member at reception to be incredibly personable and professional. He was helpful and unlike most other front desk hotel staff in Adelaide, he didn’t make us feel like we were being an inconvenience. 10/10 for customer service! The only negative regarding this establishment, rooms do not have smart tvs. Overall a very reasonable stay for the price we paid.

Location was great, however the receptionist wasn’t very informative. Asked if hotel guests were allowed to park in the permit area, and we weren’t! Got a parking fine because of it!

This is a large apartment with good views and is conveniently situated, close to the free bus stops and within walking distance of Adelaide centre. There are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Our apartment(602) did have some problems however and although we reported them none had been resolved by the end of our 4 night stay. We also think that the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. On arrival I couldn't switch the air conditioning on as the remote control did not work. I got it going by using the batteries from the TV remote. The clock on the kitchen wall had stopped(I got that working as well) and the picture above the TV was very lopsided. This gave the impression that things had not been checked prior to our arrival. We were required to report any problems so we reportred the remote control batteries, one of the extractor lights wasn't working,there was a dustpan but no brush and the balcony table only had one chair and not two. None of these problems were addressed during our stay. While we were out on day 2 the painting over the bed dropped off the wall onto where we would have been sleeping. It was heavy and could have really hurt one of us if it had happened during the night. I put the painting by the side of the bed and reported it. Nothing was done. The top of the fridge was dirty with a layer of dust on top of the dirtand the shower walls were in need of a good clean. Sorting these issues would make the apartment much better.

Was emailed to sort out check-in arrangements in advance, which gave us peace of mind, especially driving from Melbourne. Apartment was ideal for us, and had all the amenities we needed. Also very kindly refunded parking for two nights after we no longer needed it, so that was greatly appreciated.

I requested an hour late check-out, which the receptionist kindly granted, and he also provided us with an upper-level room upon request. The person at the desk is a legend. Thank you for your service. I loved the hotel. Very clean and tidy near the CBD.

Tram is a bit of a walk easier to walk into city centre which takes about 20 min. Down side is short resection hours. I never saw them once because they were closed when I started my days activity's and closed.bexire 5pm . Otherwise a nice place to stay if you don't.want to be in city centre

Hume apartments, whilst located in a wonderful neighbourhood with many available dining options and the free regular bus to take you into the city is getting a bit tired. Skimping on soap for the shower and providing a few instant coffee sachets doesn’t cut it these days. When I return in a few months, the provision of a coffee machine and a more thoughtful approach to bathroom accoutrements would be appreciated.

A comfortable apartment with all the necessities for an extended stay. There are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as a small supermarket. Underground parking can be booked in an adjacent building at additional cost $25 per night. Moving luggage from car park required some effort.

Hi , our unit was on the first floor so no views like in the advertisement which was a little disappointing. I think you'd have to be on third floor or above for the views. Parking in carpark is extra at $25 a day I think it was. No parking on street as really it is a laneway. Unit was nice, modern, beds were comfortable but the unit lacked warmth or appeal. No Netflix etc. Kitchen had only a 2 hotplate and microwave but was very poorly stocked with NO microwave or plastic dishes and no saucepans, Just one frypan. You are however walking distance to some restaurants.

Well appointed. Very roomy. Great outlook out of nthn windows on 6th floor. Bed a little hard 6 out of 10. Slept in way better elsewhere. No long last milk in fridge, forgot. Had to go to reception. Too bad if they had gone at 4pm. Parking outside in street, good, but we were there early. Prob would have been dif later. Not many free parks because of residential alotted parks. Lots of brekki cafe's near by and restaurants. Walking distance. I would stay there again at a good price. But not when Adel has a special event...way too dear.$

Wonderful property, large 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor, with kitchen, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine & clothes rack. 2 minutes walk to Hutt St, for lots of bars and restaurants, also on Hutt St buses for the loop route. Free parking on Hume St (weekend only). Hume St is a nice quiet street. Perfect for long or short stays. I will definitely recommend to others.
