The staff was extremely nice and professional. The issue I had was the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Also someone urinated in the elevator. After it was mopped, the elevator smelled like urine and old mop water.

The staff was friendly, polite, and professional. I didn’t like that there was only one luggage cart. We were afraid to park on the back at night because of poor lighting and safety concerns. We did not notice any security cameras on the back. The first two dryers on the bottom would not dry clothes after $2.75 times 2. Room cards had to be rekeyed several times a day. This is a safety hazard when trying to access a door; especially the room door.

Can’t connect tv to WiFi to use any kind of Netflix,Hulu, etc. had 3 channels, remote didn’t work , had to get a new one and it still didn’t work. Someone pulled fire alarm and everyone had to go outside to get away from noise. Beds are uncomfortable. The only good thing about our stay is that it’s clean. That’s it.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my whole life of 70 years. Some of the front staff was rude. The rooms were less than desirable. The sheets were the incorrect size for the beds. The toilet would not work most of the time. They allowed animals and they would urinate on the floor and the length of time for staff to clean up was extremely too long. Half the time, the key cards would not work and the laundry room was always dirty. I would give them a zero if that was an option.

It took me an extra 30 minutes to check in because they didn’t have the room cleaned so I checked in about 340. I was OK with the fact that they told me I was gonna have to use the key multiple times because the way their locks were not properly installed. When I got in the room, the refrigerator has a disgusting orange corrosion. I guess that the tub had as well. There was no shower curtain on the tub. The shower didn’t properly work when I attempted to turn the water on it was extremely hard and then it would not turn off. I had to call the property to get it turned off and it’s still Only went down to a drip. There was roaches baby ones going down the hall as I am making my way towards the room. It was not giving extended stay. It was giving Motel 6 and it was by far the worst stay I’ve had an extended stay, and I always stay at extended stay. I told people about this and I was supposed to be contacted within 72 hours and no one has said anything.

My window got busted out at that property.They had a lady screaming running around outside saying help call the police .We called the police the police came but she had left. Then they he next morning my window was busted out of my car. The next day a man in a renter truck his window was busted out that morning.I don’t know what’s going on at that property but someone is going to get hurt .I left never going back👌

The fire alarm randomly went off. There was a weird bumping sound coming from my bathroom that i could hear from bed. The staff wasn’t around for me to check in because of the time frame office is open. The lobby phone didnt work to get staff member for check in during after hours.

My stay was absolutely horrendous. I was locked out my room for over 3 hours due to no one being at the front desk. I called the number to notify someone my key was not working it took them three hours to give me a key, then after I got my key it was the malfunction of the door. I will not ever stay there again!!!!

The staff at extended stay was great but the property, not so much. The first room that I was given looked as if someone had been sleeping in the bed, some had taken a poop in the toilet and did not flush it, and the door was already open when I made It to the room. The front desk clerk gave me another room and when I tried To gain access inside, the key card got stuck in the door. So he had to give me another room. Once I was Finally able to get inside of a room, it wasn’t too good and it wasn’t too bad. The refrigerator had rust all over it. And so did the outside of the tub. The handle to turn the water on in the bathroom sink was broken so I had To brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. The room had a very wet like smell to it. The building said no smoking but the entire hallway, lobby, and elevator smelled like cigarettes. I’ve stayed in extended stay hotels in other states and they have always been great. This was a last minute reservation with a late check in due to my air b&b not being up to par so I’m glad that they did accommodate me but I will Not be returning.

I didn't like having to take the stairs to the 4th floor because of the literal bus load of illegal that showed up right when I was checking in and all had to use the elevator. They put me in the wrong room and when i told the girl at the front desk, that I was in the wrong room, and showed her on my booking she told me I was wrong and that was it there was nothing I could do about it. Now let's get to the room. The door barely close very loose with a very easy just break in and it was the most disgusting room I've ever seen the bed bugs and roaches were everywhere so I left and when I did there was no one at the front desk so I sent them a message on their app which they said they never received so they charged me two days of the seven that I was supposed to say it told me they would refund me for five of the days and then refuse to refund me for any of it that just kept sending me back and forth between Expedia and the hotel and it's just blaming it on each other if you're looking for meth or crack it's the place to go so remember if you're looking for drugs or bugs it's your place but for all the normal people stay the hell away from it

I didn't like having to take the stairs to the 4th floor because of the literal bus load of illegal that showed up right when I was checking in and all had to use the elevator. They put me in the wrong room and when i told the girl at the front desk, that I was in the wrong room, and showed her on my booking she told me I was wrong and that was it there was nothing I could do about it. Now let's get to the room. My stay was absolutely horrendous. I was locked out my room for over 3 hours due to no one being at the front desk. I called the number to notify someone my key was not working it took them three hours to give me a key, then after I got my key it was the malfunction of the door. I will not ever stay there again!!!!

The young man running the desk is super helpful and nice. The hotel is clean but not super luxurious, I prefer that it does not have carpet as that always smells. I think they made traveling with a dog nice, this is my second time staying here and everybody has been very nice. I like the hotel and people. Very good for the price.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said they only had dirty rooms and none available, even though I had already paid for the room. I could not find another room in the city and had to drive for an hour. This experience makes me doubt Hotels.com. And I probably won’t use again.

The staff was friendly, polite, and professional. I didn’t like that there was only one luggage cart. We were afraid to park on the back at night because of poor lighting and safety concerns. We did not notice any security cameras on the back. The first two dryers on the bottom would not dry clothes after $2.75 times 2. Room cards had to be rekeyed several times a day. This is a safety hazard when trying to access a door; especially the room door.

My window got busted out at that property.They had a lady screaming running around outside saying help call the police .We called the police the police came but she had left. Then they he next morning my window was busted out of my car. The next day a man in a renter truck his window was busted out that morning.I don’t know what’s going on at that property but someone is going to get hurt .I left never going back👌

This location is way in the back of other businesses. I arrived at 6:39 pm due to heavy traffic driving from New Orleans. Sketchy people were hanging inside and. Out side. When I walked into the lobby the desk clerk was handing out rolls of toilet paper to at least three people. An awkward man walked up to me and ask, are you staying here tonight. The lighting in the lobby y was rather dim. All of these things together made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So I left and ask the clerk to cancel my reservation. She said she could not cancel from because it was booked through a very deceptive scam.. to get a person to make the reservation the site said there is no need to pay until your arrival, but it will not a reservation Until you put it in your to reserve the room. I called hotels.com right then and the operator untold me she would request a refund due to the deplorable conditions I case and felt while in the property. So I revcieved an email from motel.com booking site and it stated the refund was impossible because the property had decided to uphold the charges. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn using the same reservation system. So after all if this I was charged for both rooms when I and only 1 person. Please do not use Hotels .com because this site is nothing but a SCAM!

The hard wood floors were dirty, my feet were dirty when I walked barefoot in my room. I sprayed bleach cleaner and a towel I brought with me to clean the floors.My dry off towels were stained, I paid for a seven day stay and left early in the fifth day I couldn’t take it anymore. When I came back to my room my door was opened by housekeeping but they never cleaned anything. There was a pill laying on the counter by the television when I first arrived. When you walk in the hotel all you smell is marijuana on the first floor, especially at night. My sheets had hair and stains on them so I took those off and went to Walmart to buy my own sheets and used those, because theirs a certain time you can ask for sheets and towels, the girl at the front desk told me to come back at 4 to get towels and sheets thank his I brought my own towels. The microwave didn’t work at nor the stove so that I can warm up my food, they say it’s non smoking but the whole hotel smells like straight smoke, everything about the hotel is just dirty including the elevators I will never stay there again, oh and I forgot to mention it was hard for me to get in my room the card worked fine to get in the hotel but when it came to getting in my room I had to keep trying one of the two cards one after the next over and over again just to get in my room it was horrible NEVER AGAIN

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my whole life of 70 years. Some of the front staff was rude. The rooms were less than desirable. The sheets were the incorrect size for the beds. The toilet would not work most of the time. They allowed animals and they would urinate on the floor and the length of time for staff to clean up was extremely too long. Half the time, the key cards would not work and the laundry room was always dirty. I would give them a zero if that was an option.
