Parking area was all very well lit. I really love that animals are welcome here!!

Great hotel, I would definitely recommend My Place, I had not tried that chain before, but now I will look for it in future, very pet friendly, loved its.

Hotel property was clean and comfortable for our stay. Front end staff was friendly and helpful, but often not at the desk. Check in was quick and easy. Bedding was comfortable and rooms were clean and very quiet. Kitchenette was a bit useless without cutlery or dishware. Recliner in the room was also not really in a functional space. No breakfast included in stay, but there was an option to purchase a breakfast that could be delivered to the room in the morning (did not try this though). No extra facilities on site such as workout equipment or poo/spa. Basic but adequate.

Breakfast and coffe not provided in the lobby area. There were no amenities for the high price of the room.

Staff is always very accommodating and the area is very clean and easy to get to. We love staying at this place they take very good care of you and our dogs.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but had a squeak. The green microwave light had to be dealt with, a few paper towels hung over it blocked it ok. The worst part is the lack of an ice machine. Instead you make your own, which means a loud explosion about every 90 min when the ice was made. I eventually blocked it out, but still..get an ice machine for the hotel.

Hotel is located right off I-94 so very convenient for travelers. Driving thru a gas station lot to get to property was weird but ok. Nice parking and well lit in front of hotel. Strange that all rooms have kitchenettes including a stove top but no cooking pans, utensils, plates..Um...I don't think most people traveling using hotels are packing a kitchen cooking set. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Will stay here again and eat out..lol..

Hotel staff cared about our comfort. They fixed the TV signal and went in search of a pillow that was more comfortable. It was cold in Fargo, there were vehicle plug-ins available in the parking lot for frost plug heaters. Room was clean and comfortable.

Love the area to take the dogs. The room was also very nice

Clean bathroom, rooms & nice staff.

Room air conditioner did not work. Hotel front desk check in was fine, young lady was nice. Am check out front desk attendant has sign up and was sitting in the office. Stated she would notify mgmt about air conditioner. I turned in a towel to her from wiping up floor in restroom from my room. Room bathroom floor was filthy as demonstrated by the dirt on the towel. I also turned in a eco lab aerosol can I found by my bed when I stepped on it. I have video and can show proof. 10th stay at a My Place. NEVER AGAIN. Am desk attendant offered points. Don’t need them. I will never stay here or with the brand again, dirty & poor service once is enough for me.

Always clean and quiet. Very friendly people. Love the cold bottle of water at check in. It’s a small but very affective jester.

There was hair on the toilet seat when I first got here. The hand towels were not clean and had a gross stain. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. I don’t like giving this review, but I appreciate when people post to help me choose clean hotels and restaurants.

Fecal matter stuck on toilet, cup rings on the counter, elevator smelled like musty kitty litter. Will never stay here again. Rather sleep in my car

The room was fine except it was right next to the lobby/front desk and throughout the night loud talking and phone ringing could be heard and disrupted our sleep repeatedly. This particular room should have some additional sound proofing or staff should take care to be quieter when conversing at night.

Unfortunately the room we were in the TV did not work. The Air-conditioning did not really cool the room down. The beds are soft so anyone with a back condition like myself makes it hard to get a good sleep

Great room. No WiFi signal in room despite being given WiFi password at check in.

Rooms have regular sized refrigerator as well as stove top. Spacious room with nice recliner! Cleaning Staff was helpful!

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, it had an adequate kitchen but you had to get dishes etc from the shop by the front desk. It was conveniently located for our exploration of Bismark.

Nice night time staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We expected there to be dishes available, but that was my oversight for not reading the hotel information more carefully. We arrived late due to train delays but called ahead to inform the hotel. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unpleasant—the staff member who assisted us was unfriendly and seemed irritated, and I had to call multiple times before he responded letting us in the hotel. (It appeared he had just woken up, though that’s just an assumption.) Over the course of our stay, we interacted with three different employees—two were unfriendly, but one was very kind and helpful. Overall, we would consider staying here again, mainly because we didn’t require much interaction with the staff.

Night clerk very sweet!

A grumpy front desk person told me i could not check in early unless I was a reward member. She did nkt ask me if wanted to enroll in reward. Just dismissed me. Poor attitude. I doubt I will ever stay at a My Place again.

Aiden, the front desk representative, was VERY helpful and accommodating. All of our requests were fulfilled and the entire room staff friendly and courteous. Clean and set up for multiple night stays.

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience. We booked this hotel with Expedia & the hotel confirmed our stay. We had been travelling since 7:30am on our way home from the West Coast. When we arrived 9:30pm the desk attendant said, "We don't have any clean rooms. You have to find another place to say." My husband & I stood in front of him in absolute shock & they offered ZERO apology, ZERO solution, and ZERO compassion for the situation they left us in with our children in tow. In our shock, we calmly asked if there was any other option, this couldn't be right!? They just said, "You have to find another place to stay." The hotel had every opportunity to contact us prior to our arrival to communicate the problem & they did not. We started making calls as soon as we got to our vehicle to try to find another room in the area (that didn't have REALLY bad reviews) & quickly found out that area hotels were full for the night. We got in touch with Expedia & the representative also called other places in the area to find something- which is apparently tall order for Bismarck, North Dakota on a Tuesday night. At 10:30pm we finally found a hotel 3 hours away that could accommodate us- & our ONLY criteria was a room with two beds & decent-ish reviews! We had the kids buckle in & try to sleep, while I stayed up with my husband to make sure he didn't fall asleep getting us to our new hotel 3 hours away. This hotel left our family in an unsafe & unacceptable position. Shame on you!

The hotel was super convenient for my niece’s stay in the hospital but the TV had to be reset in room by staff every time we turned it on and there were not employees at the front desk many times when we needed assistance.

I arrived at 8PM to check into my hotel after a VERY long day of travel. I walked in to have the guy turn me away because they do not have a clean room for me. I then spent 2.5 hours driving and calling every hotel I could find and NOTHING was open. My plan was to sleep in my car when I came across an Airbnb that last minute checked me in. NEVER will I stay here. The gentleman was very unhelpful. I had a room booked and paid for. There should be ZERO reason to not have a room ready.

Liked ...typical interstate hiway hotel, near rd, easy to find, close to food. Did not like that room,which had been reserved couple weeks earlier, was not ready at 4:15 for a 3PM checkin. My wife has some serious medical difficulties for which I just wanted to get her to a room. First was told flat out not ready, then 10 minutes, then more delays till finally got in a bit after 5PM. WHY should I bother with an early reservation, or even any reservation? Also, water pressure in faucets was ridiculously low, my analysis is probably no maintenance.

Clean and quiet while being close to interstate and being low cost.

We stayed just 1 night but this lodging would be a great place for a longer stay with all the options on meals and food delivery. Quiet , safe and clean.

Modern property on the outskirts of Bismarck. Close to the Interstate but limited range of eating opportunities nearby. Hotel clean and comfortable.

Great location - clean - great value for the price. I was afraid it would not be good because the cost was so much lower than other hotels around the area. It was very clean.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. Not much for shopping or resturants nearby.

When you advertise continental breakfast you should probably have continental breakfast. I was very disappointed when they said they dont

Liked having full size fridge. Other than coffee maker, paper coffee cups and 1 pack coffee the kitchen had no cookware dishes etc.

Housekeeping left bags of garbage near the elevator door on second floor. It smelled of old garbage every day in the hallway. Also the hotel advertising said breakfast was included, but only thing that was coffee.

Love this place because it’s halfway between my in-laws and home and they allow pets (for a small fee), so we can bring our cat when we visit my wife’s mom. The kitchenette would be handy, but there’s no pots, plates, or cutlery - I really wish they would stock the rooms up so we could make food when we arrive late.

Wasn’t anything to use to prepare a meal like we expected! Not even a knife to butter your toast! Hairdryer not working! No ice available,,,was morning before the icemaker made ice! Why have a place to cook with nothing to use! Very poor for the price!
