I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well kept the only downside was the breakfast. It just wasn’t the best.

It's very conveniently located for getting around. The neighborhood isn't the best, but also not bad, and there are a few walkable places for eating and entertainment. The breakfast was good each morning, with ample choices that rotated daily. All in all it was a good stay for the price, and if I were in that part of Dallas again, I'd stay here.

Well lit area for free self parking, rooms very quiet and comfortable. Front desk service was great, Free breakfast was great with lot of choices. Price very comparable to other hotels in area. I’ve stayed here many times.

I have stayed there before and was pleased with the hotel. When I was checking in on Monday, the lady at the desk asked me if I understood the early check in policy ( I arrived in town around noon and regular check in is 3pm). She told me that there is a $25 early check in fee. Before retiring, I traveled in my job for 38 years and never ran into this. I told her that I had a couple of things to do and I would check in at 3pm, which I did. I guess a lot of things have changed since I retired. Now, if you stay more than one night your room does not get cleaned up for the next day. You even have to go get towels yourself for the next day.
