Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be released upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests.
