Our room was very clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly and considerate the only issues I had were it was not stocked with enough toilet tissue we only had less than half a role and there were no tissues in the tissue box also there was no breakfast,coffee or vending machines on the property so if you wanted drinks or snacks or food you you at least a half a mile away

Wasn't informed that the hot water wasn't working. My husband and I spend a lot of money to stay here and they let us check in and did not even tell us about the hot water until I tried to take a shower and it was ice cold. There should be some kind of reimbursement for things like this because my husband and I are displaced right now so when we get a room it's because we need to shower and to do laundry and to not be told about the water was quite rude to be honest considering we spend so much money there. Other than that friendly people for the most part.

Property is being redone , we got a older room. Smelt too much like cigs. Floors and tubs were dirty. But once we brought the issue to management they were more than happy to refund us and apologized and welcomed us back after all restorations were done. Wasn’t the worst just not family friendly

Very dirty. Accidentally booked a smoking room, no rooms available to change. Multiple cigarette marks and holes in the bed. Only 2 pillows and both were dirty. Hair all over the bathroom and tub. Heavy smell of smoke. -0/10 do not recommend. Floors were full of dirt. Handprints on walls. Disgusting.

We were in a non smoking room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, not only the room the furniture and bedding. There were cigarette burns all along the bath and the bathroom was filthy.

Cockroaches in the room, floor was filthy dirty, even the bed spread was dirt-like dirty. Was barefoot in the bathroom to hop in the shower and black dirt just flowed off my feet. Asked for more toilet paper because they don’t supply spare rolls in the room, nor soap. Requested additional towel and was denied. Terrible place to stay. Drug deals in and across the parking lot non-stop. Front desk was kind enough to let us check in early.

Check in was very fast and front desk personnel were very friendly. Room was good, AC nice and cold. Only downside was the very thin walls. You can hear everything on both sides of the room. Toilet lid had urine on it, and inside the microwave looked like someone made spaghetti sause all day in it.

The freezer in room didn't work and the TV was aggravating as hell. Had to charge cords around just to get it to work. Other than that great! We stay there every time we come to the Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The hotel has a family run atmosphere which is enjoyable. The mattress was perfect for a good nights sleep. The room was clean. Management was there when you needed something like a towel or shampoo. The hotel was very quiet save one night when the folks above my room, I assume, let children run around and jump.

I will not return, light were broken, bathtub was broken, Tv did not change Channels, bed sheets and pillows were dirty. I asked the front desk to cancel my booking and they refused.

They did not have the room.Saved offered a completely different room of what we wanted.Paid for that room.Then turn around and up charge.The room totally swear to pay more money.Or get out very dirty rooms as well

Upon checkin the manager was incredibly rude, repeatedly offering to cancel my reservation. I have stayed here numerous times over multiple years for work trips but never again. I guess privately owned properties ( I support small business) can treat people however they want. I won't be back.

Room always clean. We stay here 2 times every year. When the race is at ECHOPARK this is where we stay for the fall and spring races. It's close to the track and our favorite eating places are just down the road. The staff is always friendly. Enjoy it everytime.

This place was filthy. Our room has multiple burn marks all over the place, the floor was disgusting and clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. We saw a man soliciting a woman there and i genuinely was scared for my safety here. Also, the towels provided are stained and look like they haven’t been changed in 10 years. There were burn holes in the sheets and overall this was a horrifying experience. We couldn’t even stand to stay for the whole reservation and we left early.

Check in was easy. Upon entering the room I spotted several bugs crawling on the floor. Furnishings appeared new, bed was decent. Here is the part I didn’t care for. Observed house keeping drinking beer while working at noon. Various people just hanging around outside at all hours. I was worried about my vehicle being broken into. I was in town for a bbq competition and didn’t spend much time there. Left a day early to to get home.

The room was dated, smelled musty and in need of a serious update. The bathroom was a disaster. The ceiling had a previous leak and they attempted to make a quick repair, but you could smell it in the room. I would bet the walls had mold inside. The toilet paper holder had mold all the way around it. The only good was we had water pressure and hot water. We tried to find another hotel, but everything was booked for the NASCAR race. It was so bad, my brother slept in the rental car in the parking lot.
