Das Zimmer war nicht gepflegt. Die Gardinen sind einfach rausgeflogen. Die Wasserleitung war kaputt das ganze Badezimmer war sehr feucht Trotz der Weitergabe des Problems wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Der SelfCheckim Automat ist nicht gut, weil der Touch sehr schlecht ist. Das Personal kann kein Englisch.

(1) No place to hold luggage. I lugged my luggage around with me for the day (2) Limited reception. You check in via automated machine and if that doesn't work, you push a button for help (3) Handicapped accessible room NOT Handicapped accessible. Limited path to supposed accessible room and entering and exiting not possible given door jam (4) At night, chaos in this hotel. Certain ethnic groups hoover around one microwave along with their many hungry children who even wanted me to feed them from what few items I had. No air conditioning. Lack of ventilation. Opening windows resulting in allergens and flying insects entering the room. In addition, noise from cars and supply vehicles. (6) Basically rude employees if you can find them. Wanted to sit down for a minute to use vending machine to get coffee. Told I couldn't do that as man was supposed to clean that area which would only take a few minutes, but yet he let one of his ethnic groups to sit there. I went to front entrance and was told while in my wheelchair that this wasn't allowed and I pointed to someone sitting on other side of the door and told man to tell her. He then said I needed to sit in terasse area but that was not possible as stairs and not handicapped accessible. (7) This is not a Bed and Breakfast (B&B). No breakfast although there is a breakfast area. Told breakfast not included in my price but no price provided if one wanted breakfast and no designated regarding this.
