Outstanding value. I was given a completely outfitted suite on the top floor. Full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, silverware and utensils, laundry basket, etc! Wish I was staying longer!

This place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the parking was easy, plentiful, and had a well lit parking lot. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and fresh (not worn down and old). The bathroom was clean, shower was clean. It was decently priced for the accommodation. I would suggest having more than just free drip coffee in the morning.

I liked that our room had a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher including pots and pans. This would have been better for someone staying for an extended time. We were only there for the weekend so actually didn't use any of this. There is no pool. That would've been nice.

Cleanest hotel room I've stayed in for a long time (compared to Hilton Garden, Hampton Inn, etc). No dirty corners on the floor, no worn out corners of walls, couch, kitchen, etc. Properly taken care of!!! AND plenty of lighting, countertop space and mirrors. Great for a family!

King size bed deserves a "SOFT MATTRESS!" Wife and I tossed and turned all three nights. It was so bad we had to go out to Walmart to purchase a foam crate to lay over the mattress. Even though it's a pet friendly location. We still need to remove all the dog or cat hair from the prior tenant.

The reason I rated this stay so low is because the second night the room above us must have been walking around but it sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks from 2:30 AM until I checked out. Not a good night sleep at all and was upset.

The hotel was very well polished. The staff were very pleasant and informative/helpful. I did love to see the statues of the dog and cat that were sitting on a bench up front. This reminded me that the hotel is pet friendly. The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. I enjoyed that there was actually a comfortable recliner in the room. The bed was very comfortable and I asked to be put in a room where hopefully it would be quiet and I did not hear anything all night long. I definitely would stay here again.

Overnight stay during road trip. Itch check-in and check-out staff were delightful. Room had a kitchen, peninsula table, living area with couch and recliner and television. The bedroom had a king bed, dresser and another television. The bathroom was spacious and pristine. Will definitely book here again on my next trip!

The second/ third shift front desk person was amazing. I think her name was Marilyn. I would like to personally thank her for her wonderful service. She made our night perfect. Coming from being in the road to a clean and comfortable place was the cherry on top. She deserves a raise!

I would like someone to contact me about this property and the management. My reservation was confirmed by Expedia after I was called and told my reservation was being cancelled because they were no longer working with third party like Expedia. When I arrived, my reservation was cancelled by the operations maneger Ryan. He never provided me with anything written nor did he let Expedia know. I was shocked that my reservation I made months ago was not valid. Thankfully they had one extra room and I was able to stay. They should not be able to act that way and I think it breaches your contract with them.

I would like someone to contact me about this property and the management. The parking lot was extremely packed with most vehicles taking up multiple spaces. The room wasn't overly clean, but it wasn't disgusting. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

The building and room were ok, the problem was that shortly after we got into our room someone else walked in. They had booked him for the same room. But even worse was that at 11:30 that night our room phone rang and then there was a knock at the door. It was the staff asking who was in the room! Then they wanted to know who checked us in. At least they didn't ask us to move.

Overall the place was clean, rooms were comfortable and staff friendly. This hotel is mostly set up for long stays, with many rooms having kitchens. We stayed due to the fact it was close to the hospital where we nneded to be for a couple of days. The only small issues for me was no breakfast and i couldn't figure out how to turn the small stove on in our room.

This place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the parking was easy, plentiful, and had a well lit parking lot. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and fresh (not worn down and old). The bathroom was clean, shower was clean. It was decently priced for the accommodation. I would suggest having more than just free drip coffee in the morning.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk to coveniece store. Clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchenette. Nice walk area for pets. Highly recommend

Hall carpet needs vacuumed. No napkins in napkin holder in room with coffee. Toilet runs every so many minutes… otherwise very friendly staff, easy and quiet location.

The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on, and the room had had a pet odor to it. It did seem clean though. I was also really surprised that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast given the price, but that's my own fault for not looking into that further before I booked.

Overall the place was clean, rooms were comfortable and staff friendly. This hotel is mostly set up for long stays, with many rooms having kitchens. We stayed due to the fact it was close to the hospital where we nneded to be for a couple of days. The only small issues for me was no breakfast and i couldn't figure out how to turn the small stove on in our room.

Excellent property… big rooms with full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove top. Only drawback for some may be that there is no breakfast but coffee is available 24 hrs.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convient. The stove top and kitchen amenities were very nice and allowed us to have a at home feel as we cooked breakfast , dinner etc.

The rooms and property was nice and clean. We have nothing negative to say but do have a suggestion. If breakfast had been included, this would have been 5 stars. For the price we felt that breakfast would have been fair. Thanks

Is a nice hotel seemed very clean staff worked all day cleaning. We happened to be there when someone needed their door pounded on at 6 am Saturday and Sunday. It’s been a while so I never looked to see if they had breakfast had I realized I would have stayed at a different hotel for the price.

System "glitch" did not register reservation booked through 3rd party. Although there was an itineray confirmation number and receipt showing proof of payment for correct location and date, hotel refused accomodations.

Good location. The room was very nice and clean, but the hallway smelled like dog urine. The room itself was wonderful and did not smell, very clean, overall highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional.

For the price, I thought the hotel would be in better shape. For instance, in our room the furniture showed extensive wear. Worn fabrics, tears, stains. The fixtures in the bathroom were decrepit and rusty, they looked to be very, very old. The light fixture over the sink was a rusty mess. We noticed as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the third floor, an ever present, foul, pet smell. The odor lingered in the entirety of the floor, luckily our room smelled fine. The man that checked us in was professional.
