Hello Hyattl, I must admit this hotel was below average for the price I paid and what you convey. My husband and I stayed overnite to attend the Arron Lewis concert. It was ok, First time here at Hyatt Hotel, You would of thought it would of been a nice stay.. Not so much, the check in counter was questiionable, Not clearly marked, obviously there was the counter but lacked luster, Horrible impression. Staff was without a smile and made us feel like a pain . No pride in her job title , Stated the breakfest for tommorrow “over there” with a wave of her arm. Ok up in the room, shower stuff was . watered down instead of changing out. One time I do not biring shampoo etc. . Amazing that you want MY CREDIT CARD INCASE I STEAL OR TAKE YOUR JUNK AMENITIES. I PAID CASH FOR MY ROOM, What if I had no credit card. Next, your no complimentary bottle water. Not snack machines near by.YOUR COFFEE GADGET, THROW OUT ASAP . WHY HAVE? A COFFEE DRINKER DOES NOT WANT THAT generic MACHINE, CREAMER, SUGAR KIT. SAVE YOUR MONEY, I WOULD RATHER HAVE NOTHING. WE SPENT lots FROM FRIDAY THE 21ST TO SATURDAY, NOT INCLUDING DINNER, AND DRINKS. WE WERE CELEBRATING OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, VERY DISAPPPOINTED. YOUR EVENT CENTER WAS OVERSOLD AND CROWDED FOR the outrageous sum FOR A PAIR OF TICKETS. I Have calf bruises from my chair smacking them because of the jammed packed like animals on a slaughter truck. YOUR EVENT STAFF ADMITTINGLY WAS CLUELESS ON WHAT WAS WHAT. SAD but true.

I STAYED 2 NIGHT FROM AUG 9TH TO 11ST 2026 AUG AS PREPAYED, ROOM 417 AND HOTEL CHARGED USD28,62 AS 2 BREAKFAST THAT I NEVER EATED AND NEVER SAT AT RESTAURANT AND UNTIL AUG AUG 27TH 2026 THEY DID NOT CANCELL SO, IT IS CASE OF Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL) according Pensylvania State Law and if they will not cancell, the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General - OAG) must be report about this case of UTPCPL.

I dont know who designed the bathroom vanities but 3' distance from front to mirror is idiotic. The same person who designed the bathrooms also thought it was a great idea to have the HVAC units blow air directly onto the bed. I travel alot, 40+ nights a year. I've never been more happy to leave a hotel for home than I did this time.
