Our room was not clean. There were hairs in the shower, old fruit snacks by the bottom of the bedframe, and there was mold on the ceiling near the HVAC unit in room 238. The door on the bathroom literally FELL OFF the rail. Thankfully my husband caught it. We have two small children and that could have severely injured one of them. There’s also a large pile of sawdust/dust between the door and the wall where it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. We needed sheets and blankets for the pullout couch for our oldest. They are not in the room. We called the desk to get them and they said they’d be up in 5-10 minutes… finally 50 minutes later I sent my husband to the front desk to get them so we could get the kids to bed. Overall did not enjoy our stay at all. Could be a nice property if it was better maintained.
