Seems like a newer property so condition and cleanliness were excellent. Check-in was great. Only complaint- parking is an issue - limited parking in front or next to the hotel. If full, you need to park in the casino garage next door. It is accessible by a connecting enclosed walkway to the hotel,. Mostly irritating that it wasn't mentioned or explained at check-in.

Not clean, mildew on shower curtain. No turn down service agter the first night even though it was requested. The locks on door to our room didnt function correctly. Remaining unlocked at times. Elevators were not functioning the majority of our stay.

Was so sad once I got to the hotel. My room was not cleaned properly. Bed had hair, fuzz and what looked like body fluids all over it. (Under the covers of course) Went to get a new room nothing was said other then ok here’s a new room and then that room had chips in the bathroom floor tampons on the side of the couch and wine cork screws under the table. Which clearly says they didn’t clean it the right way. The bed at least looked to be clean in this room. I just didn’t have the energy to go back and deal with it. As I was staying here to get away from stress and relax for the night. With what I paid it’s was such a disappointment.

Staff was a bit rude. They could not answer my questions about being charged for breakfast directly. The room had many issues. The sink was broke, it would not drain, the whole sink moved every time we used it. We did not have extra blankets already in the room, and the divider was broke, making loud noises every time we walked by it. Lastly, our bed sheets was disgusting. It was full of yellow stains from who knows what and fur was inside our sheets.

We were given a dirty room. I called to the front desk to report the issue. No answer. I had to walk down to the front desk. A young blonde girl with glasses was hanging out in the back office. When I told her our bed sheets had blood stains, she told me “okay, I’ll get you clean sheets.” She didn’t show concern or apologize. Next, she handed me an entire set of bedding and told me it would be my responsibility to change the bedding. Amazed by her response, I requested another room. We were put on the 3rd floor with the same issue. Blood on the sheets. We ended up throwing the sheets on the floor. This hotel is dirty, unsanitary, and staff is very unprofessional. Will not stay here again.

The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. the rooms were really nice and well maintained, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. but the hotel botched both of my reservations, on two different nights. the first night. thursday, they just gave my rooms away that I payed for well in advance, and there was no parking so one of my mates had to sleep in the van to insure that we didn't get towed as the only place to park was a no parking place. we returned on Saturday, and we were running late as we are working musicians and our show 4 hours away ran late. when I got into my room SOMEONE ELSE WAS SLEEPING in my bed already. I don't even comprehend the level of incompetence it takes to give someone a key to a room thats already occupied. I had very little time to sleep as it was and the person at the desk and the manager on the phone took almost 90 minutes to get us replacement rooms. now I understand that mistakes happen, but the people that got punished were a group of people who were on the road working and just wanted to get some sleep and we lost almost half of the time we had to sleep so we can sit in the lobby while the person at the desk said over and over again on the phone "I just don't know how someone can make a mistake like this" I honestly didn't care, I just needed to sleep and instead had to watch this not-funny comedy show at the front desk while my precious sleeping time expired and I had to go on the road again to make my next gig.

The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person. It took a bit to sort out the mix up and we had pre-paid for the room so it wasn't about payment. They need to fix their system because this wasn't a great feeling.

A very comfortable stay to sleep in. Staff was a bit slow checking in with 3 other sets of guests waiting in front of us. Breakfast could as well have been a better quality, but otherwise a good set of choices.

We have stayed at this hotel and appreciate the close proximity to the casino. The room was clean and comfortable. Full room cleaning service wasn't provided, but they did bring fresh towels on our second day. One complaint would be charging us an extra 13 dollars per day per person for breakfast that we did not want or ask for. This was charged to our credit card, not part of the original cost of the room. I've never had my credit card charged an additional fee for continental breakfast before and found that practice to be tacky. I think this is a new procedure, and it was an unpleasant surprise to hear that my bill was going to be 60 or so dollars more than I was quoted because I was being forced to pay for food whether I ate it or not.

Repeat extended family stay. We enjoyed the hotel Sushi bar within the hotel restaurant. The sushi was served with knowledge and pride. We are new to this cuisine. Our questions were answered by the chef. Prompt friendly service. Great quality. The hotel rooms were comfortable and convenient walk to the casino .

Place is awesome and excellent. However I have a bill for three days of breakfast buffet for my wife and I ($13.50x2+1.26tax for 3 days) total $86.00 for breakfasts we never sat down for. We have to imagine this was simply a mistake, instead of a hotel hoping we didn't “notice” the charges.

Breakfast is a continental, not a buffet (paid an extra $61 for the breakfast). The food that was served was luke warm and hash brown actually cold. Check in and out was a breeze, staff very friendly, room clean, well set up, bed and pillows just ok. Very easy to get to casino and parking deck, felt very safe. Would stay again, but not get the breakfast. Thank you

Hello Hyattl, I must admit this hotel was below average for the price I paid and what you convey. My husband and I stayed overnite to attend the Arron Lewis concert. It was ok, First time here at Hyatt Hotel, You would of thought it would of been a nice stay.. Not so much, the check in counter was questiionable, Not clearly marked, obviously there was the counter but lacked luster, Horrible impression. Staff was without a smile and made us feel like a pain . No pride in her job title , Stated the breakfest for tommorrow “over there” with a wave of her arm. Ok up in the room, shower stuff was . watered down instead of changing out. One time I do not biring shampoo etc. . Amazing that you want MY CREDIT CARD INCASE I STEAL OR TAKE YOUR JUNK AMENITIES. I PAID CASH FOR MY ROOM, What if I had no credit card. Next, your no complimentary bottle water. Not snack machines near by.YOUR COFFEE GADGET, THROW OUT ASAP . WHY HAVE? A COFFEE DRINKER DOES NOT WANT THAT generic MACHINE, CREAMER, SUGAR KIT. SAVE YOUR MONEY, I WOULD RATHER HAVE NOTHING. I dont know who designed the bathroom vanities but 3' distance from front to mirror is idiotic. The same person who designed the bathrooms also thought it was a great idea to have the HVAC units blow air directly onto the bed. I travel alot, 40+ nights a year. I've never been more happy to leave a hotel for home than I did this time.

I signed up for breakfast for my 2 days, but they stopped serving at 9 am on Friday morning! I thought THAT was WAY TOO EARLY! Other than that, the Casino and the ENTIRE hotel staff made my stay VERY ENJOYABLE!!!
