The room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The people who took care of the hotel were amazing and friendly. After our long day in duck creek we were able to enjoy the fire pit that the was set up. We had a great time!

This is a very updated log cabin type Inn. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of grab and go options for breakfast. I highly recommend it. Just a note that I didn't notice on booking-there's no air conditioning. The room had a portable AC unit but it's not vented to the outside so we found it added more heat than it cooled. We didn't really need the AC though and the room had a fan. Shower also very small, not suitable for larger people.

Rustic type of lodging. Nestled into evergreens on a hillside. Inside the room was cozy and rustic. We were on the end of the hotel so we had a great view out our big window and back window of the forest. In the evening and morning we could sit on the balcony and watch the world drive-by from above.

Heidi was lovely. She even came to our room to show us how to use the tv/remote. My only critique would be that the stairs could use some reinforcement. Perhaps in the two months they are closed, they could build a new stronger staircase.

The Inn was very nice.unfortunately, all local eating places were closed and since the Inn does not have a restaurant we had to drive back to Hatch for dinner. If they had an onsite restaurant we would have given it 5 stars

The hotel was extremely clean and nicely updated. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking and the location is right across the street from the village. There are some nice chairs outside on the porch/balcony right outside the room, which is nice. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to park in front of our room early in the morning, which woke us up. It’s a nice addition however. Overall this is a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Very nice, quiet place. We were on the 2nd floor and the stairs were quite narrow and steep but overall really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and nicely updated. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking and the location is right across the street from the village. There are some nice chairs outside on the porch/balcony right outside the room, which is nice. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to park in front of our room early in the morning, which woke us up. It’s a nice addition however. Overall this is a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

It was a busy area, but with that comes the convenience of being close to everything. The ceiling fan in my room made a horrible noise that kept me up, but other than that, it was great!

The Inn is conveniently located between Zion and Bryce. The small village gives you a quiet night after busy day at the parks. The room is well equipped and I am amazed with the owners thoughtfulness in furnishing and equipping the room. Only regret is that we only had two days here.

This is a very updated log cabin type Inn. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of grab and go options for breakfast. I highly recommend it. Just a note that I didn't notice on booking-there's no air conditioning. The room had a portable AC unit but it's not vented to the outside so we found it added more heat than it cooled. We didn't really need the AC though and the room had a fan. Shower also very small, not suitable for larger people.

Property was quiet clean and the service at front desk was very good. Used this hotel as a mid point between Bryce and Zion parks. While I would not consider the property as remote, there was only two restaurants to choose from.

The Inn was very nice.unfortunately, all local eating places were closed and since the Inn does not have a restaurant we had to drive back to Hatch for dinner. If they had an onsite restaurant we would have given it 5 stars

I was very impressed with the quality of the room, not only the comfortable bed. Every attention to detail was new and improved. The list is too long, but from the coffee to the soaps with each reach for an amenity was met with quality. I was stayed for one night on business and my experience makes me want to come back and stay for the weekend.

The beds are very comfortable. The room is very clean and spacious. Good coffee in the room. Decent size refrigerator. Nice view. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this location! The mini cabins are adorable. Inside the cabins, you feel like you are camping, and when you step outside you feel like you are right at home in a little community!

In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated !
