Breakfast was good staff was under stress due to busy college weekend and hotel sold out

Breakfast was cold, bland, and sparse, hotel is old and worn, it was REALLY expensive for what we got. I'll look elsewhere next time.

Staff was amazing! There was a snafu with our reservation and they made it right as quickly as possible. Not super thrilled with the state of the hotel in general, though. Hallway carpets were stained, the state of the room itself was just “meh.” Odd marks on the walls, saggy mattress, just not super “clean” for the price. It served its purpose, though! A good landing spot for a couple of nights but maybe not worth the price. Not sure I’d book at this particular location again.

I’d stay again. Safe & cleanish. My main concern was the shower. I could see the pink bacteria film and mold in the shower. I still showered, but that was disappointing. Unrelated to that, they definitely need extra coffee carafes during weekend breakfast. Two carafes is not enough for the most popular morning drink. Those are the only two areas that got my attention. Like I said, I’d still stay there again.

Elevator was broken and we were staying on 4th floor. Bed was way too firm, almost felt like sleeping on floor. Hotel was fully booked so unable to switch rooms. Most likely won’t be staying there again. Positives: the staff was very helpful and accommodating while working with difficult situations regarding guests. Continental breakfast was also fairly good.
