The rooms were very clean and comfortable but I was expecting bigger rooms; the pictures gave an impression of more space. The staff were kind friendly and helpful. There was no lounge in the hotel, only the rooftop restaurant, which was adequate but it would have been nice to have a lounge to relax in.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size, and very clean as was the bathroom. Their was two comfortable armchairs and a small coffee table. A small fridge was provided with water and a kettle with coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of good quality. The in jacuzzi shower was also very good. What was not good, was the bar had a very limited and poor selection of drinks. We ordered food from the restaurant menu and the chief changed the compliments to the meat dishes without advising us and was absolutely nothing like what was ordered. Basically he could not be bothered, so we walked out and ate elsewhere. Advise there is only street parking, thus not secure however, the consiage kept a eye on the car which had been parked outside the hotel front entrance so everything was ok. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but needs upgrading, especially the bathroom which was grotty in places. The jacuzzi bath had seem better days. I also had issues with the air con - it barely worked - and reported it twice to reception but no one fixed it. The hotel suffers at times from only having one lift. Breakfast is served on the top floor overlooking the sea which is stunning however the lift only reaches the 7th floor and the restaurant is on the 8th so not suitable for disabled travellers as there is a flight of stairs to reach it. By no means a bad hotel. The room was comfortable and large and staff were friendly.

Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung und Bestätigung in der Nacht, fand ich das Hotel sehr sicher. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatte ich kein Bedenken wegen den Parkmöglichkeiten. ich konnte mein Auto direkt an der Rezeption abgeben und morgens wieder vor dem Hotel abholen. Die Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit einem Meeresblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Close to the pier and main locations. Complimentary on site free parking. Rooms are clean, but bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t use the breakfast and the restaurant.

We came for one night but decided to stay one more night. Location of the hotel is great, just couple of minutes to the ferry station and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Service is good, everyone is trying to help you starting from the reception team and finishing with restaurant team upstairs. Breakfast is fine, there are all varieties you may like and amazing view to the sea and city! We stayed in junior suit and room is okay, little old and required some fixing like curtains which we couldn’t close or open fully, little smell of canalization in the toilet, dirty lamps and little old tired furniture but it didn’t ruin our holidays. Hotel is fine for its location and price. We recommend it if you’re not too demanding about room conditions:)

The photos in the Junior Suite (sea-view) stay that I booked showed photos of a hot tub which ended up not being included in our stay. The room was somewhat clean, however I found stains on a lot of the furniture. I also requested for a smoke-free room which I probably got, but the entirety of the hotel reaked of cigarettes: the hallways, revelator and lobby! The walls are extremely thin, I could hear all my neighbours talking, coughing, using the blow dryer. I booked this because the photos looked decent, reviews were ok and the price was fair. But I would not recommend this place at all unless you are ok with all of the above.

Although hotel over I was quite pleased with, the shower cubicle has many dirty and cracked tiles, and the jacuzzi in the junior suite did not work. Complained to hotel but they stated that they could no nothing as hotel full. Clearly at breakfast it was obviously not full Upon return I have made Hotels.com aware of the situation but despite them trying to contact the hotel, they have been ignored also. Whilst I have not requested a full refund I would have expected some gesture of goodwill from the hotel ( Pasa Pier Hotel) or the booking agent (Hotels.com) but apparently there’s no responsibility for anyone of the hotel just ignores the issues

Lovely view from executive suite room. Comfortable and clean. Hotel in need of some refurbishment though .Scuffed walls, damaged furniture, mould around bath/ shower seal, towels a bit grey. Didn’t spoil our stay however . More than made up for by situation , convenience and view. Could do with hotel information in room and tourist information in foyer. However staff helpful when asked.

Otel çok iyi konumda, ücretsiz vale hizmetleri var. Otel eskimiş, yapılan yenilemelerde eh işte diyelim.. Standart odalar aydınlığa bakıyor, bizi sağolsunlar yol tarafına aldılar, aksi halde duvara bakacaktık.

Maalesef oda inanilmaz küçük çok zor adım artiyorsunuz yatak çok eskiydi ve yastıklar taş gibiydi birde kapağı açılan bozuk bı TV ünitesi vardı sürekli kendi kendine açılıyordu. biz kalamadik bir kaç saat durup çıkmak zorunda kaldık asla tavsiye etmiyorum bu sorunları dile getirince de hiç yapıcı bir cevap da alamadım geceliği 3400 para olabilecek bir yer asla değil

Oda tiplerinin görsellerle alakası yok. Odalar apartman boşluğuna bakıyor. Hani deniz manzarasını geçtim bir sokağa bile bakmıyor. Camı açıyorsunuz karşınızda bir duvar. Yataklar inanılmaz küçük. En olarak bugüne kadar kaldığım en küçük yataktı. Oda dizaynı çok kötü dolaba erişmek için yatağın üstüne çıkmanız lazım. Oda da dolap tarafında ki yatakta birisi yatıyorsa diğeri onu rahatsız etmeden dolaptan birşey alamaz. Yorganlar ve çarşaflar lekeli. Güzel yanı kahvaltı alanı en üst kat deniz manzaralı. Bunun içinde değmez. Lokasyon olarak iyi bir yerde diye tuttuk pişman olduk.

Very good location. The rooms towards the street are loud on lower floors. Ask for an upgrade to sea view locally if needed. Rooms are modern but they shouldn't have saved money on renovated bathroom. The stuff is cheap and falls apart. Awsome view from the breakfast room at the 8th floor. Breakfast was basic but ok for us. Great hotel for a 3 star though if you are not picky. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but needs upgrading, especially the bathroom which was grotty in places. The jacuzzi bath had seem better days. I also had issues with the air con - it barely worked - and reported it twice to reception but no one fixed it. The hotel suffers at times from only having one lift. Breakfast is served on the top floor overlooking the sea which is stunning however the lift only reaches the 7th floor and the restaurant is on the 8th so not suitable for disabled travellers as there is a flight of stairs to reach it. By no means a bad hotel. The room was comfortable and large and staff were friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly, but although I got the most expensive room, the room needed renovation. I think the air conditioning was insufficient. And for the heat of Izmir, extra water could have been put in the fridge. There were only 2 small bottles of water. And there were many cigarette burn marks on the furniture.

Otelin konumu mükemmel.Oda tam fotoğraftaki gibi geniş ve muhteşem bir deniz manzarasına sahip. Mobilyalar ve dekorasyon biraz eskimiş. Ses izolasyonu hiç yok.sabaha kadar yan ve alt odalardaki sesler bitmek bilmedi. Sabah 05.30 da resepsiyona şikayet bildirmek zorunda kaldım. Ses dışında tavsiye ederim.

The photos on the website are very outdated, the hotel seems to be much older. Few staff members can’t speak English, I tried to order room service and she hung up on me because she couldn’t understand, half way through while I was ordering as well! Other than her, rest of the staff were very friendly aThe room service and breakfast wasn’t great. Bed was very comfortable I must say, although they had a wedding within the hotel and the music was extremely loud late at night and I had a tour the next morning so struggled to sleep. There’s no view, literally looking at another wall. There is lots of shops and places to eat within waking distance of the hotel. The towels were new surprisingly for an old hotel, however they need to be washed or something as they aren’t very absorbent.

Although hotel over I was quite pleased with, the shower cubicle has many dirty and cracked tiles, and the jacuzzi in the junior suite did not work. Complained to hotel but they stated that they could no nothing as hotel full. Clearly at breakfast it was obviously not full Upon return I have made Hotels.com aware of the situation but despite them trying to contact the hotel, they have been ignored also. Whilst I have not requested a full refund I would have expected some gesture of goodwill from the hotel ( Pasa Pier Hotel) or the booking agent (Hotels.com) but apparently there’s no responsibility for anyone of the hotel just ignores the issues

Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung und Bestätigung in der Nacht, fand ich das Hotel sehr sicher. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatte ich kein Bedenken wegen den Parkmöglichkeiten. ich konnte mein Auto direkt an der Rezeption abgeben und morgens wieder vor dem Hotel abholen. Die Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit einem Meeresblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great location and very easy to walk to anywhere. I chose economy room which was a mistake. Please don’t choose these rooms as the view is terrible. Rude staff on reception and the terrible smell from the bathroom drains ruined my stay. The hotel wanted 2500 lira to extend the room for hours. I don’t think they like British visitors here.

We came for one night but decided to stay one more night. Location of the hotel is great, just couple of minutes to the ferry station and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Service is good, everyone is trying to help you starting from the reception team and finishing with restaurant team upstairs. Breakfast is fine, there are all varieties you may like and amazing view to the sea and city! We stayed in junior suit and room is okay, little old and required some fixing like curtains which we couldn’t close or open fully, little smell of canalization in the toilet, dirty lamps and little old tired furniture but it didn’t ruin our holidays. Hotel is fine for its location and price. We recommend it if you’re not too demanding about room conditions:)

Zentral / an der Promenade gelegen, dasaß man ungehindert bzw. praktisch einkaufen aber auch das intensive Abendleben sehen und erleben kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, behilflich.

Zuerst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass sich die schlechten Bewertungen leider bestätigt haben. Die Möbel sind sehr veraltet, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Das einzig positive war, dass das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist. Unser Auto wurde jeden Tag vom Personal umgeparkt, da es an Parkplätzen mangelt und die Autos der neu eingetroffenen Gäste vor das Hotel geparkt werden und die anderen Autos der Gäste einfach jeden Tag woanders stehen. Das Personal ist zudem sehr unorganisiert und unmotiviert. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size, and very clean as was the bathroom. Their was two comfortable armchairs and a small coffee table. A small fridge was provided with water and a kettle with coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of good quality. The in jacuzzi shower was also very good. What was not good, was the bar had a very limited and poor selection of drinks. We ordered food from the restaurant menu and the chief changed the compliments to the meat dishes without advising us and was absolutely nothing like what was ordered. Basically he could not be bothered, so we walked out and ate elsewhere. Advise there is only street parking, thus not secure however, the consiage kept a eye on the car which had been parked outside the hotel front entrance so everything was ok. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Trotz der zentralen Lage hatte ich kein Bedenken wegen den Parkmöglichkeiten. ich konnte mein Auto direkt an der Rezeption abgeben und morgens wieder vor dem Hotel abholen. Die Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit einem Meeresblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Odadan hiç memnun kalmadım, yastık yatak ve pike aşırı sertti uyuyamadık. Duşakabinin lastiği çıkmış zar zor duş alabildim. Ve odanın camının gökyüzüne değil, kapalı bir duvara bakıyor olması rezaletti. Onun haricinde kahvaltı iyiydi.

die Anlage brauchte Renovieren aber wir waren zu frieden. frühstück war gut. Restaurant hat super aussieht das du Meer deutlich sehen kann und genießen. Preis in diese zeit war sehr gut. die Person die ist für Zimmer zuständig, war sehr Nett und fleißig. Ich will persönlich im bedanken. und Taxi stand war unter bei Hotel. wir haben vom dort bis Airport 18 Euro bezahlt. finde ich war sehr gut auch. Also ich werde noch mit Expedia meine nächste Reiße buchen. Zeit 2017 buche ich hier und bin sehr zufrieden, Danke EXPEDIA Team. mit freundlichen Große Farhad Miri

We came for one night but decided to stay one more night. Location of the hotel is great, just couple of minutes to the ferry station and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Service is good, everyone is trying to help you starting from the reception team and finishing with restaurant team upstairs. Breakfast is fine, there are all varieties you may like and amazing view to the sea and city! We stayed in junior suit and room is okay, little old and required some fixing like curtains which we couldn’t close or open fully, little smell of canalization in the toilet, dirty lamps and little old tired furniture but it didn’t ruin our holidays. Hotel is fine for its location and price. We recommend it if you’re not too demanding about room conditions:)

The hotel staff was friendly, but although I got the most expensive room, the room needed renovation. I think the air conditioning was insufficient. And for the heat of Izmir, extra water could have been put in the fridge. There were only 2 small bottles of water. And there were many cigarette burn marks on the furniture.

Otelde 3 gece kaldık. İlk gece kaldığımız odada TV kumandası çalışmadı görevli geldi yarım saat uğraşıp çalıştırmayı başardı,gece kapattık sabah yine açılmadı. Banyoda tuvalet klozeti oturağı muhtemelen önceden kırılmış yerine standart dışı küçük oturak konmuş, banyoda diş macunu fırça vb. Şeylerin konması için bardak veya uygun kap yoktu,havluların asılması için askı yoktu, duş kabininde şampuan koyacak raf,vb. bir aksesuar yoktu, odada klimalar çalışmıyordu görevli çağırdık,otelin giriş katından çalıştırdı, ısı yükseltme ve düşürme için resepsiyondan yardım alabileceğimizi onların aşağıdan çözüm üreteceklerini öğrendik(?!). Odalarda su veya çay içmek için cam veya seramik kap yerine kağıt bardaklar konmuştu,çözümünü talep ettik o zaman getirildi. İkinci gece için oda değişimi talep ettik ve bu sorunların bir kısmını çözümledik, çözümlenmeyenleri de biz çözümlettik. Ama bu defa duş kabininde suyun akmadığı ve banyo anında “göl” oluşturduğunu gördük, fakat otelden ayrılıncaya bu sorunu maalesef çözemedik! Arabamızın konduğu ilk gece otel önü sonrada belediye parkı benzeri bir yerden geldiğinde üzeri kuş pisliği ile kaplı durumdaydı,iki kez araba yıkatmak durumunda kaldık! Hotels.com güvencesi ile gidip,gğvenmememiz gerektiğini de bu şekilde öğrenmiş olduk!😡
