The Gates Hotel South Beach

We did not have a great experience at this hotel. We were charged for a towel card that we never used and when we have called a number of times, we still haven’t received our invoice nor working with anyone who is customer service oriented. We will not book here again as it is not worth the price nor headache.

Did research on this hotel was under the impression it was under hilton/double tree-now they are under new management. Its horrible now we are still waiting on our security deposit to be returned, the bartender doesnt know how to make any cocktails, the food is okay but up in the air because service is not promised on a day to day basis. There are also all these events posted to be happening at the hotel but it the hotel seems to be dying. I asked where the hot tub was and reception literally said did I ask anyone near the sign I saw lol. I also want to add that a lot of my belongings went missing at the hotel please use the safe provided in the room.

Great location, gorgeous rooms

Equipe de funcionários extremamente grosseira, em todos momentos da estadia! Não faz questão de ajudar ninguém. No check out foi me cobrado valores indevidos( estacionamento e Água que estava no quarto como cortesia), quando questionei acharam ruim e para tirar da conta colocaram “mil” empecilio para retirar a cobrança. Não ajudaram com as malas…enfim não recomendo e tbm não volto mais.
